Thread: Airtel is not returning my documents to me. (Harasshing from last 5 months)

Sir,

On 16/10/2009 Airtel Executive Came to my house and told one good schme to me about Prepaid connection. This new connection cost is 500/-. I gaved 500/- and all required documents to him. He gaved me one SIM card with this commitement that he will provide me my choiced number with in two days. But I didn't got any response from his side for more than 10 days then I start querrying with him. When ever I called him, he says that he will call me after one or two hour because this time he is very much busy, but he never called me. I called his seniors also but they also didn't took any step to resolve my problem.
After passing one month I mailled whole matter to the Nodal officer of Gujarat. But sir he hurt me more than these liar executives of airtel. He didn't bother to reply me I wrote minimum 5 warning mails to him, that I will move to the cunsumer court and in TRAI. but their is no one response from his side. I again tried to talk to POOJA, SAHIL & BHAVESH. Seniors of Dilip Yadav. But no satisfactory reply I got from any of them. The one thing I got is false promisess and the wrong comietment from everyone. One day Mr. Dilip came to me (After 45 days)and handed me my 500/- rupees and said he is unable to give me a new connection. When I qurreied about my documents then he said that he will bring it tomorrow. But almost 15 days passed no one came to me. I am sure that they used my documents and provide my numbers to someone else. I am in very much tenssion, due to this neither I can sleep nor I work properly in my office. Suppose they issued new connection to someone else on my documents, and that person missused that number by threating others,or what happened if he is a terreriost.

Sir, Please do the needful in this case it is a very serious matter. I have a recipt from Mr. Dilip. and all mails I wrote to Mr.Nodal Officer Gujarat.

Please WAKE him up. This person is sleeping and not doing his duty properly.

Mr. Pankaj from Airtel Delhi had called me in the first week of January and assured me that he will take care personaly to solve this matter, but sorry to say but he also lied with me. I think Airtel team is a team of lairs.
