This is a very disapointing by the tata tele service about this case.
I have a tata walky postpaid connection , since past 3~4 years . i have regular payments and uptodate records of mine .
on last dec '09 bill i paid the amount by cheque , and i mention the date before the date of the due date . but the date was of june 3 or something
now they presented before the date and get it returend and then they barred my services , when i botherd them they said this all thing , i said its not my fault , and this was going till whole january ,
i said lastly give me my cheque back and get the cash payment and a appology letter from company about the same.
which was assuered by the officers but neverthless i got any of them
after mid feb i get the call from the nodal officer of jaipur that sir please close the case this and we can give you compusation of 500 rs and thats it .
i said i don't need money i need my cheque so on this i was replied that the cheque has been missplaced,
now then i requested that please give me in written that the cheque is being missplaced and will nto be issued in future and will never been missused , and also a appology for the same which they denied ,
and now they have stoped my all services and not giving any solution to the same
so what action i can take.?
even i called to mumbai office they also not responded even mailed them thrice but bo reponse .
so shall i publish this issue with proffs in media or what ?
