I had rechrged my mobile 9903917154 (transaction id 621246836) and my son's mobile 9007468890, today i.e. 3.3.2010 with Rs 150/- each (i.e Rs 300/- in total).

Both are of Life time validity but air tell charged with 15 days validity.

Airtel has credited Re 0.15 to my existing balance and Rs 150/- to some where else that i have to consume within 15 days. this is unfare because I'm not using mobile this much. I'm running with Re 0.01 / sec tariff concept.

The Authoreised agent/dealer M/s Jin mata, Keshtopur, Kolkata-700102 from where I had purchased was unaware about it, he told me that he was not informed about this change.

As per customer care it is applicable from 2.3.2010 and not refundable/changeble. Since i have connections of lifetime validity than how this 15 days validity has come and this can not be revoked, why?
