    Please note that i was the first time user of air tel postpaid connection but totally unsatisfied with your services as you know i have already raised a complain to your customer care care center but no one there ready to resolve it and because of this i suffer mentally financially and socially also just keep you inform that this time i am not going to write you about my issue you open your record and see what happen earlier with me and now you are sending some criminals at my place to collect your payment and also send me the court notice what do you thing that is it a better way to serve you consumer that first create a problem and send a notice to them by the way i am going to suit a case against you people at consumer court for all these things here is my detail available below:

    Default Gprs in Airtel Postpaid

    Hi i am new to Airtel Postpaid . On december 5th i activated GPRS 98rs plan in my aitel no.
    At the time of requesting this service the customer care guy told nothing about this offer just they told its for 1 month validity and contains free 1 GB. But when i get my bill on December 22 i shocked that it does not conatin any GPRS pack and they charged for GPRS of around 2400. This not my mistake this is the concern with customer care people to provide the complete details about the offer before activatin. Now i want to resolve this issue as soosn possible,. Please take back all the converstaion i have made with customer care for your proofs and remove the GPRS charges from the bill.

    I have a complaint that I haven’t subscribed for value added services and you are charging me for that from last 3 months continuously for December to February of nearly 420 rupees.
    I have gone to Airtel center V.R Plaza Bilaspur 4-5 times but they didn’t respond to my request and again I have been charged for that in the next bill.
    So, I want that firstly that service must be stop and secondly the amount you have been charging for last 3 months must be deducted from my current bill.
    So, please look forward to my complaint as soon as possible as I am the postpaid customer of airtel from last 7 years.

    This is my 5th reminder many times i have complained for this extra services added to my bill of number 9893290721.I am a customer of airtel from last 6 years still i am getting these types of problem.From last 3 months around 430 rupees have been charged to my bill.When i called to the customer care they are also not able to tell what i am being charged for.Please take a strict action about this problem immediately.

    Hi,

    I have a connection in name of Gaurav Dange phone number 05224002932 for the entire month we were not able to use the net as well as the phone as your comapany has provde us the local number for the help i did the same called them and asked for the support according to them it was line fault which they said would be done asap. but still nothing happended then again i called your customer care number through my cell 121 and told them the issue they said that its a technical fault it would be done still nothing happened it was agin i logged an comlaint that my phone is dead then a line man came and told me that the DP is not working so he has switched the DP and the phone came back to life. During this process it took me one month. They closed all my complaint numbers without my concest now i would like to know should pay the bill for which i havent used the connection and to add irritation in my life i got call from MR.Deepak Parmar spoje to him he said that if you want close your connection and has given me the ID no 15243992.


    NOTE: If the bill cannot be retified then i think i should go to CF for the right and get my connection closed.Thought we have airetl as good connection but bad customer service.

    I used an airtel postpaid number 8129400025 till march 10 after that i submitted that sim to airtel office in Karamana, Trivandrum. that time i Paid full settlement till date. then after i got bill every month, i already gave complaint to that shop. but they didnt do anything about this. I am totally fedup with this Airtel. Now also i am getting bills. Please do needful

    i was using airtel post paid connection for more than 5 years. when ever i bought new mobile, i was approched airtel to get the gprs setting but they don't have setting for that. this time i bought sony xperia s (LT26i), airtel not having the gprs setting for that. so i approced customer care for this setting more than 3 days. but they are not solved my issues. they are simply telling phone having problem. but tried my phone with other networks like vodafone, gprs was working perfectly. i registered the complient in airtel. still now i am not received any call from them to resovle my issue. my complient number is:43816815. my mobile number-9789955566
