    DEAR SIR
    Hardly a 12-15 days ago i registred a complain about network problem in my area "d-block new ashok nagar delhi 110096".i was glad,you people shought out the problem with in 4 days but after a week again i am facing the same problem.it happend twice.1st when this problem occure i registerd with coustmer care than they took 15 days to reslove it but hardly after a week same problem came into picture,when i faild to pull out the solution for second time with cc than i filled a complain on this site and response was satisfactory but again same problem after a week of solution.now i am hopelss.i think this is being done deliberatly from airtel tower centre due to this i am not able to enjoy internet at a normal speed.i hope this time you look into the matter seriously and ll sought out the problem for forever.my contact no. is 9971891574.

    Hello Surya,

    If the problem is persist again and again even after complaining to the customer care, then send a written notice to the Area Nodal officer via registered post or email, wait for their reply and revert us back.

    Thumbs down 9810430355 - Problem hasn't solved even after complaining 10-12 times including Nodal

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I working as an Investment Analyst in Gurgaon and carrying Airtel connection with no 9810430355 since June’09. I had chosen Airtel due to its reputed brand image as a best telecom service provider.

    But I am facing the immense problem while using this number in roaming area as I am unable to make a outgoing call in first few attempts (3-8 attempts) in roaming area since commence of this connection & also facing the problem of network unreachable there.

    I had already made 10-11 times complaints to customer care and visit 2-3 times to Airtel centers. Even I already have changed my sim card on customer care recommendation. This problem remains as it is even after complaining Nodal Officer Delhi.

    After making so many complain and efforts I feel very dishearten with Airtel and questioning its image as a best telecom company and intensely wailing for MNP to change my operator.

    It a very humble request to you to take a serious action in this regard. Please do the needful.

    Since today morning 27-Dec-11 am facing network problem. Unable to receive call nor make calls. Tried calling customer call nos since morning it is either coming engaged / not going thru / unable to reach and then when we reach the stage of speaking to executive the calls gets disconnected. Please look into this urgently and help to resolve this issue. Also there are many unwanted charges that are made without our notice. On daily basis there are deduction made for which I have not utilized and when i called they said I had made a recharge for low call rates but when I made this I was not told that the amount will be deducted on daily basis. this is wrong on their part My phone no. 9096982292
