    Default Consumer complaint against DOCOMO postpaid

    Sir,
    I A.Laxmikanth Rao with mobile no+919030475657 facing problem in making calls & receiving calls as my connection has been barred from a week even after my bill was cleared. Now every one is calling me at my alternate phone and asking that "U didn't paid your bill or what" so its a kind of prestige issue i am facing from a week. i want to claim the case against the TATA DOCOMO regarding this issue.

    Default Tata docomo pathetic network coverage at mumbai-urban area-business-commercial area

    I have made a blunder in subscribing to GSM service of tata docomo-23-feb-2010.

    To my network problem complaint-reply is received after EIGHT DAYS AND CALL/EMAILS TO AVAILABLE TATA GROUP EMAIL IDS.

    TATA DOCOMO HAS ADMITTED IN ITS MAIL THAT THERE IS POOR NETWORK INFRA STRUCTURE .

    If infrastructure was NOT ready-who gave permission to TATA DOCOMO to commence its services ?? Subscribers are CHEATED.Can someone file a PIL against TATA and claim for damages ??

    This can happen in INDIA being a poor country and MNCs dump their garbage over here and consumers are helpless??

    Please check other website like consumer complaints dot in

    many users have expressed their bitter experience with TATA DOCOMO

    Default I want to case a file on tata docomo

    This is goutham from hyderabad. Yesterday night I have some balance in my account(mobile account). And when when I woke up in the morning the balance was Rs 0.0. I called the customer care member and asked regarding this. They told that I have used gprs at 12:00 0'clock night, so the balance came to Rs 0.0. But I have not used gprs even My gprs settings are set to idea gprs instead of docomo gprs. And even I slept before 11:00 o'clock night itself. I want to get my balance back and So, I want to file a case on Tata Docomo.

    dear sir, i am user of docomo company from last 3 months i have submitt a number of complaints at docomo custmer care for my network problem. i am facing this problem from last 2 months bt stilol i did'nt get any response from docomo company and now i have paid my bill but my outgoing and incoming is barred, i hv logged a number of complaints at cc, & talked with thier seniors also mr. sanjay, madam parminder kaur. bt my problems are nt solved. pls help me i am using this connection in ludhiana punjab, and my docomo number is +9190410-91000. and my recipt num of payment is 009193. please help me on that i am in very big problem, just bcoz of this docomo company. if u wanna call me then call me on my alter num +919217777754 now just do tell me what can i do against this company

    send a written notice to the DOCOMO Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.


    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hi, iam babli verma from chamba himachal pradesh. my complaint is against a caller bearing number +919816858734 airtel himachal pradesh. he used to call me so many times using abused language. i insisted and explained him not to call my number as iam not known to him. iam totally frustrated with this guy. i feel so insecure and tensed so much. as iam a widow. sir please suggest me how to get the details of that caller and loadge a police complaint against him. please help me. this is a true information. you may email me @ babliverma93@gmail.com or reply as soon as possible. my contact number is +919805895614.

    Default complaint against disconnecting number

    Tata docomo has disconnected my number without any notice.i migrated to tata docomo from reliance succesfully.but after using docomo service for 22 days they disconnected my number without notice.when i reached their bandra west service centre,they asked me to submit my documents again which i did.now after 15 days they saying my number can not be connected again and they did not give me reason for that.i do not know what to do now.i have lost my 5 year old number.my number is 9892143313

    As per our records the mentioned TATA DOCOMO number 9892143313 has been permanently disconnected due to non submission of documents. Hence, we would unable to reactivate the disconnected number. The inconvenience caused is truly regretted. However, if you still wish to avail our services, we request you to purchase a new connection from the nearest TATA DOCOMO retailer.
