Hi my name is MANEESH BARANWAL and i am using reliance GSM service. My no. Is 9015050657. They have deducted an amount of 30 rs from my balance. When i called to customer care for the clarification they said that it is deducted for the renewal of a service so called voice sms facility. When i resisted and asked the executive to let me talk to his senior, he transferred the call and his so called floor incharge made a new statement that it has been deducted for the renewal of voice chat service, while i have not selected any such kind of service. When i asked him to tell the time/date of activation of this service he said that does not have any information in this regard. He is saying that the money deducted can't be refunded in any condition. Please know into the matter. _MANEESH BARANWAL
