I recharged my vodafone prepaid number - 9811651581 online of INR 280 via vodafone's website with my debit card. My recharge was not successful and it said that " Your recharge was not successful at this point of time, Dont worry we will credit your balance to your bank account in 5 days ". When I didn't receive my balance after 20 days I wrote an email to Vodafone Customer Care. Then I also visited Vodafone Store at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station and gave my bank mini Statement. But after doing so much I still havent received any call from vodafone. My email was replied very late and their reply was so unprofessional and it could not serve any purpose.
I just want to take your help. I want a good compensation as the recharge was urgently required and I also faced a loss in my business as I had to make urgent calls at that time. I have al the details of the email's conversation.
