    i live in D-block new ashok nagar delhi 110096.i have been facing network fault in this area from last month.i have regesterd my complain with coustmer care but their response were very discouraging,they are there only for a formality and dont know anything in this regard.due to network problem i am not able to access internet at a normal speed.the tower sign used to change in 'E' word but now it dont change in it instead it change only in
    two parallel lines and if i go in another covrage area than it changes in 'E'.pls sought out this problem and appoint knowledgeble consumer executives in your coustmer care centre.

    I am rakesh, I am really sorry to say that airtel is giving me a big headach, because i dont have the service, i cant make an receive a call since sunday i,e.. 21/2/10,,, today is tuesday 23/2/10 , when ever i try to speak customer service advisor they drop the line( and i want action on it ), luckily i spoke to one guy he said he would lodge a complaint, i req. to advisor that I dont want to raise a compliant but i want to sort this out, but he didnt listen to me he raised a complaint, complaint number is 0222077386, when spoken today morning (23/2/10)advisor said your case is still in open status and nothing has been done till now, would you like to raise a compliant again, then he dropped the line again,,i have so many call reference number

    someone from airtel please listen to this calls and check out the service you provide, i think i am with airtel since 7-8years, so as a loyal customer sort this out ASAP,

    Hi,

    I am having the Airtel mobile (+91-9600019292) connection and also registered in NDND (National Do Not Disturb) since 2008. But the worst part is that AIRTEL is keep on calling me regarding the their products (Broadband, Land-line, New Post Paid Connections) often. I have called the cust care (121), complains dept (198), nodal officer also more than 10 times but every one is keep on lying that "I really understand ur problem, I will take care of this issue and u'll not receive any call from Airtel here after", but after 2 -3 days same story, I will get the call then again call these buggers (121, 198) and again these LIRE will say the same thing and more over from the Executive level till the Floor Manager every one is saying the same thing. Don't Airtel have any shame to hire the LIRE to help the customers. Saying the Airtel is following the TRAI rules & regulations regarding DND. I AM SURE THAT THIS IS WORLDS MOST FUNNIEST THING AIRTEL EVER SAID. COULD ANY ONE PLS TELL ME HOW I CAN SCREW THIS BIG F*CKIN FRAUD COMPANY IN WHICH ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE LIRE AND ONLY BLUFF.     Default poor airtel

    dear sir!
    i got recharge of rs.98 for using internet upto 2 gb data on 17.2.2010 and my trans. id is 498289725.but still i am being charged from my main a/c for surfing net.when i checked my a/c by*123*10#,i came to know there is no bal,it is showing "you have left 0.00 mb data".when i tried to complain with coustmer care they were in no mood to resolve it and were trying to trap me endless loops of question and alleging that i have use all limit upto 2 gb it sound surreal with the speed airtel provide withen 4 days.i request you pls credit my a/c by 2 gb data.
