I have a scheme where I recharge 31 Rs. and my STD call rates get slashed to Rs 1 per minute.
In January 2009, Vodafone itself deducted 31 from my balance.
Since I already had 31 Rs coupon and wanted to recharge with it, Vodafone customer care executive advised me to cancel that service and recharge on my own.
Even after cancelling I was charged 31 Rs. and later I recharged with my coupon.
So I ended up paying Rs 62 for same service.
When I called and asked these people they said we are going to charge you even if you cancel.
Their customer care people dont have full information themselves and they fool the customers.
This is ridiculous....... I mean what are they sitting for there.......if they dont know themselves what will they tell the customer.
