Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference of my suspended mobile number 9310117749, I had given a request on dated 4th June 2009 to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. I had cleared all the dues Rs.711 as asked by desk people dully filled migration form and got a case id 96356132. After a month I came to know my number still not shifted into prepaid and I was asked to deposit another due accumulated on my number of Rs.347 which again I deposited to get clearance to migrate my number from post paid to pre paid. After that I haven’t used this number as advice by web world people else number wont be migrate. Later on I came to know number was in suspended mode.

In a month of Nov 09 I got a call from Reliance bill collection team about some outstanding on which I said I haven’t received any bill and I visited web world again and got assurance no more bill will come in future and case has been settled.

You are requested to kindly give me the status of my case id. Please mention the reason for delay at your end. I haven’t received any bills or due statement from your billing department till 18th Feb 2010.
