    Default Vodafone Complain

    Hello Sir/Madam,


    This is regarding my the offer which I have been advised by the customer care from Vodafone, Where they said we need to recharge for 245 and I will get a talk time of 314 RS respectively.

    After the recharge I have received only 222 RS talk time, After calling the customer care on (07/02/2010 at 11:54) they have taken a complain and promised that the issue will get sorted with in 24 Hrs and they have also given the complain number, The issue is not solved with the given time.
    So I called once more at 08/02/2010 at 19:47 IST) after that they have promised me that it will be done with in 24 Hours, But it is not

    I have called them third time on 10th at 18:20 after this call they said they will fix the issue with in 12 Hours where it is not done.

    I called them once more on 11th where they have placed on hold for 30 Min’s. same happened on 12th as well when I called them at 22:30. Every one promises 12-24 hours where my issue is not got solved.

    Where when I have called them today at 15:30 (13th Feb 2010) My number is not going to customer care, Then I called them once more from no othere Vodafone number they said you number is blocked to call the customer care, When I asked them why they said you have called the customer care 3 time with in 24 hours so your number is blocked.

    Till now I have not received any call from them saying when the problem will be solved, Even if they block my number for 15 days what is the solution for people like us.

    I have faced same problem and I resolved that.
    I understand your problem Please keep all detail with you and do a email to Vodafone Nodal officer cc to Vodafone with all detail like which time u have talked to which person.

    Exclamation complaint about recharge and not get balance

    complaint against vodafone
    SIR,
    I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS 9825790520.ON 15TH may NIGHT, i have recharge with rs. 110/- but i not receive any balance from vodafone then i ask about all metter to custpmer care they told me to ask retailer to returne balance send sms to this number i pass all they told me then i again talk with customer care they give me aswer that your balance come in your mob in next 2 3 days but all most half month go i have not receive balance

    SIR, THE MATTER HERE IS NOT OF 110 rs , BUT THE WAY THESE COMPANIES TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. WE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY, AS MANY PEOPLE MAY BE SUFFERING WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS COMPANY.HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM ANYBODY'S ACCOUNT & GIVE USELESS RESONES FOR THE ACT.PLEASE SIR, TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM & TEACH THEM SOME LESSONS.

    The solitore still asking me to paid bill for a phone line closed in august 2009 !!!!!

    Please find below the explananation concerning my problem with Vodafone. You will find that Vodafone owes me money and not the other way around. This story now needs to be resollves as it's going too long!
    The 12 August 2009 I called Vodafone customer service to give my last month notice on my two contracts (mobile 0861629908 and modem 0877906851). I spoke with one girl over the phone, she was really nice, and she told me that there were no problems and that my contracts will be closed for the 01/09/2009.
    However, in September 2009, I received an invoice asking me to pay for the month of October 2009. I tried to call directly Vodafone customer service but without success, apparently they had some trouble with their lines. So I decided to email them. You will find in attachment below my different interactions with customer service. They asked me to confirm my date of birth and my method of payment for my invoice: I provided those details but apparently my modem line was still active. I also provided them my new phone number.
    They took some money anyway for the months of September and October 2009. Because of this, I stopped direct debit. Since then, no one has tried to reach me or send me letter. Would you tell me why Vodafone, is taking the liberty of taking my money and lying to me, Moreover how they could have the audacity to request more money when they have to refund me for the months of September and October 2009.
    Because you are speaking on behalf of Vodafone Ireland Limited, would you be nice to help to get my money back?

    Default Unable to get to Apelate authority

    I Had an issue with document resubmission . I spoke to the call center who were notable to provide . Did not get resolution.Spoke to Office of Nodal officer(Mr Rajaram in the office of Maitri H). After multiple deadlines was not able to provide resolution. Tried contacting the appeleate authority(Girish Holla) . The board/ persons in the office disconnect the call or say that the person is not available for speaking to customers.

    In the process of filing an appeal with TRAI.

    i just recharge my mobile for rs.69/- on your promotional offer recd. on my no.from your side.it is a full recharge offer,but it is not shown in my remaining balance.now it is a total loss of money for me therefore transfer my rs.69/- to my account or return me as soon as possible.i donot need any other offer except addition in call-time

    Default internet establishment problem

    Dear Sir,
    I Purchased a Vodafone Prepaid sim (No.9670604408) ,we used this sim last 2 months using internet on our PC, but this sim is not working (problem in internet establishment) from last 10-11 days ,but its working in other localities leaving "shekupura aliganj lucknow" (our residence). we have even changed our USB modem and PC too.
    We complained many times ,but no action has been taken.
    please take action concerning as soon as possible!

    Hi

    I am vodafone user, from 28th sep 2011 my balance start deducting and I lodge complaint against this matter to customer care several time. They told me that it was some technical problem that will be sorted soon and my money will be get back to me. But till november 15th this problem was not solved then I deactivated vodafone live as balance was deducted as data usage but I am not accessing internet or anything. I talk to many customer care fellows and executive but they are not responding me and without solving my issue they just disconnect the line.Now my balance is not deducting but I want my money back.
    I have sent details through message. please reply as soon as possible

    Default reggrding the sucking of balance

    hi myself Dave of Vodafone user from last 5 years. Vodafone company is really sucking my balance everyday without any cause as it is the only bhikari mobile company in the world as i felt. the customer care themself are not so supporting and this company only wants to sucks the innocent people. It is better to leave the company by applying MNP to other network it is best.
