    Default SIM card not registrated for 10 hrs.

    Brought duplicate SIM card on 3-Dec-2011 at 12 PM ,it has been more than 10 hrs still not activated.

    went to goregaon(e) to check . they gave another sim card. worked for 1/2 hour .and after that still shows no service and not registered

    Default regarding vodafone internet

    dear sir/ mam,

    I purchased vodafone sim 5 days ago. and i recharged it from Rs. 95 and i haven't use my gprs service niether via mobile nor via vodafone. i called many time to customer care(111 and 9811098110) but they couldn't help me . i visited vodafone store but they also cant help me.
    my vodafone no. is 9582044557.please help me.

    Default about gprs settings

    dear sir / madam,

    I am continuing Vodafone connection last 5years 8month ok......
    but from the last month i have facing a big problem regarding the GPRS settings in my new handset (model- Maxx MQ601) which is dual sim and the master sim use
    IMEI No- 357678040094510 where i use this connection 09733105350..............

    to resolve this I was go nearest vodafone care, and call several time in your care but no one can give me the solution............

    and finally 5th December one of your executive of gprs department tell me that to resolve my problem a call-back I will get on 6th december, but no one call me.... and I still stay with my problem....... I was spend my valuable time so much to resolve it but it still, and spend my money also for net pack which I can't use.........

    And now I need to stop all of this....... so kindly resolve it as quickly as possible either i just qut this service permanently.......

    Angry vodafone net cruise speed is not matching

    I purchase a vodafone net cruise no is 9145625860.its maxmium surfing speed is 3.1 mbps and i get only 20 kb ps.
    thye downloding speed should be atleast 250 kb per second but its giving me only 6-7 kb ps which is worse speed i experiance
    even a 2G mobile give 13 kb ps speed. so i want my money back for this product.

    SO I CONSULT WITH VODAFONE PIMPRI MAIN OFFICE REGARDING THIS PRBLEM AND THEY SAID YOU SHOLD PAY THE BILL IF YOU ARE USING THE NET CRUISE OR NOT. EVEN I DEACTIVATED IT I HAVE TO PAY BILL . MY QUESTION WHY I PAY BILL IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING.
