Dear Sir/Mam ,

I am bsnl subscriber, mobile no. 9453367160. I had recharged my A/c on 28/01/2010 with Rs. 225 rcv. Which provide to us paise 10 for (b2b)local calls and paise 30 (b2 other). Night calling free B2B.
But from 08 feb 2010 I found balance deduct in night. while in night calling is free.
I called at call centre but CCE (TARUN) not registerd my compalint. Next day i called at call centre & registerd my complaint(6104718).
Next day, I recieved a messege from Customer Care of prob resolved. But sill the prob is same.
I called again at customer care & CCE said my prob is not resolve. Mr. Hanuman (Senior CCE) treat me so rudely.
I am suffering from 1 weak, the prob is still same. For this I have to do many calls & spent so much money.
I want compansation for this.
Plz. look into the metter & do the needful for the same.
