    Angry Tata docomo cheating

    recently i got new connection with tata docomo with a banner sim for 40rs and tt-92 rs with 150 sms per day free for lifetime i was in cloud 9 so i got the card after 3 days when i sent an sms i was shocked for the sms i sent 60paise was deducted next day the same happened i called 121 and spoke to customer care executive he said u have to use 150 completely within midnight if not for the next day sms 60paise will be deducted i was shocked with reply he given to me , grrrrrrrr this condition wasnt mentioned on the day when i took the card , this is CHEATING playing with customers this mobile services think consumers are fools . It is the responsibilty of the TATA DOCOMO to publish or train there agents to tell properly everything for sake of being number one in the market they ARE SELLING SIM CARDS with half information finally its the CUSTOMER who gets hurt. i took three more cards by looking this banner i was ashamed others told by your saying we got this card now we are getting deducted for sms oh god i was emotionally shattered i want justice TATA DOCOMO DOWN DOWN

    Default TATA DOCOMO cheating customers by auto acivating un wanted services

    I am a prepaid customer of TATA DCOMO and I have been charged illegally for
    30 rs twice.

    on May 28th and on June 4th.

    The message i got was "Your subscription to NGC on TATA DOCOMO DIVEIN WAP
    service has been auto renewd. and you have been charged Rs 30"

    I have not subscribeed for any service and I logged a complaint and after
    two days I got message "We hope you are satisfied with the resolution
    provided for "GBL09183352"

    Sir,

    I Mr. Santosh Prasad Das having mobile number 9040103551 informing you about the wrong balance deduction happened to my number. There is a deduction of Huge amount that is Rs. 102.45.The balance was cut off by company towards use of GPRS while i already recharged for Rs.48/- GPRS pack. On 9th July at 9.04 am it was going fine after 9.09 am suddenly my account balance goes to Rs. 0.00.I contacted the customer care many times (complain ID is DBL 09185306) they always says that our technical team working on it.I also emailed to the customer care team (mail issue IDs are M1857827,M1854173,M1851806,M1841307,M1837663) but the reply was You should receive your refund of money by today evening but till now there is no refund of a single paisa. I asks you that is this the ways that a subscriber suffers? Please return my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise i will put the issue in consumer forum & DOT.

    Thumbs down currency deduction of rs 100

    my currency was deducted of rs 100 for several packs at once and suddenly my call me tune also cancelled which was activated a week before i called nearly 40 times for ccare but they are cheating from 7 days that it will come within 24 hours then in4 and for 2 hrs docomo the the worst in indian hitory
