I'm Vinayak from Karnataka, i'm subscriber of Airtel Prepaid No. 9880061080.

My tariff plan was 50paisa/call to local mobile. But eventually the Airtel people changed my plan on 14/01/2009. i.e,
79paisa/ call to Local Mobile.

I registered my complaint to Airtel Customer care few times, but they keep telling your plan will be rollbacked within 24hrs. I got tired complaining. I spent one month in this problem and still going on.

Anybody suggest what i should do next.

Help me out.

As par the law the telecommunication companies can change their per-paid tariff plan after6 month of launch.
