Hi,

This is to bring to your kind notice the irresponsible attitude and misbehavior of
Mr. Vishnu Khandelwal, NOKIA Priority Dealer - MODCAD Services, A-21, Nehru Ground,
N.I.T, Faridabad .

The incident:

I approached the above mentioned NOKIA Priority Dealer, on November, 28th 2009,
regarding the purchase of NOKIA Mobile 2700 Classic. I was told by Mr. Vishnu, that
the said mobile is available in two colors- Black and Red. He had the black set with
him and showed the dummy. In the mean time he said me to fill in the gate pass for
the set, so that he can deliver me the set.

I requested him to provide me the dummy or the photo of the red set. On hearing them
he started misbehaving, with me. First of all he destroyed the said gate pass, duly
filled by me, in front of me, and then he said he will not provide me the red set. I
was really disappointed with his misbehavior, and told him that we are your regular
customers, had have purchased set from the said dealer (E63 and 6270 or 6250), and
are not entitled with such treatment of his. I insisted Mr. Vishnu, why he so
adamant in not providing me the red set, he replied with very irresponsible
statement, that “I only sell the black set”.

At the time of leaving the premises of the said dealer, I told him, that, with
treatment, like this, you are going to loose, one of your regular customers. But he
was least bothered.
