    Angry Vodafone Karnataka, irresponsible mobile services, executives etc.., hopeless network

    Hi, my name is venkatesh, from bangalore my vodafone number is 9916014895 which they has taken request for migration from postpaid to prepaid and they said in 48 hours this process will be done and they deactivated my number for migartion from post to pre after 10 ten days also their reply it is still under process once it is done we will let you know!!!! no time specified by them i have been badly waiting for the activation...

    Let's collect list of people who wants to do that and try to get petition from consumer court and TRAI to make migration transparent and easy.

    Angry Vodafone Karnataka - Irresponsible Service Provider - Should be sued for negligence

    I am writing to inform the callous disregard that Vodafone Karnataka Circle
    has for its customers. They have made my business life miserable from day
    one of their service. Firstly they made an error in the number allocation
    (i.e number provided at the time of sign up was different to number when
    activated); secondly, they deactivated my service for High Usage - for no
    fault of mine because they added a miscellaneous charge to my bill without
    my knowledge; Thirdly the billing correction of the misc charge took several
    turns of me walking to the store to rectify and pay a large deposit to
    continue service; Fourthly they have made a mistake with ECS (purely and
    internal Vodafone error when their store/billing departments failed to
    follow the correct procedure to send the forms to the bank for ECS
    authorisation; More recently, they have failed to send my E Bill - repeated
    messages and emails have gone in vain as they keep sending me replies saying
    the E Bill will be sent within 24 hours and 48 hours (I have written email
    proof to substantiate my claims). I have barely been a customer for 2
    months. What will happen if I stay with this company with such poor service
    and callous disregard for customer service? Would Vittario Colao (CEO - VF
    Group) be happy with such a service for a world class mobile company - Of
    course not! And neither am I as a humble customer. I am on my way to the
    Vodafone Bellandur store for one last time! THANKS TO VODAFONE KARNATKA FOR
    SHOWING ME HOW NOT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!

    Hi My name is Venkatesh i purchased 34 jumbo in sep2010 but now its not working fine i give complaint more that 50 times through call centre but still not resolved. my suggession is that don'e purchase Videocon product CEll-9844441877

    Thumbs down "Worst Telecom Service in Karnataka and Also Throught India.

    Hi my name is Arpan Kumar.My "Worst vodafone service num is 888 405 3773.
    Vodafone in providing worst service in karnataka.bangalore.
    0n 29th/04/2011 i had recharged amount Rs 26/- for STD tarrif,so to get 3minuites talk value in per Rs1/-. two days i constantly was waiting for it to get activated.but it was not activated.latter on 3rd/5/2011 i called customer complaint num 198.they activated it only for 24hr n again disconnected that.latter i kept calling on 4th,5th,6th-/5/2011,they put me on hold for 15-20min.
    The person next called vodafone agent came on line n worst thing here was he was "Unable to talk English nor Hindi".

    i went to near by vodafone care center in Jayanagar 4th block on 7th/5/2011.
    the vodafofe agent there named "Shilpa" told me it will be active within 6hr,but not yet done till 16th/05/2011 when couldnt give the answer talked unpolitly too.
    she even didnt know which tarrif recharge is for which service.
    over all now when i call to 198 for any complaint im unable to connect.

    they had also msg me to activate internet on mobile with recharge of Rs 98/-
    later i came to know that was 3G plan.but atleast they could have mentioned that,but they didnt.
    i m bound to use this num,plz help me.

    Dear all
    This is to inform yourkindself that we have repeatedly been on complaining about the network problem faced by me for the past 7 months and it has not atl all been rectified yet even with repeated complaints also, each and every complaint was registered with you but nothing came out and every day the problem persisted and whenever I call up the customer care or reach the outlets the only answer we used to get is SORRY FORTHEINCONVENIENCE CAUSED @WE ARE EXTREMELY SORRY,3,WE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEMS (For theses are few words and sentences’ s for which you people are been paid for,nothing more ,
    Eventually I had requested atleast for the portability but never did you response to my request you made me suffer and wanted me to stick to you Vodafone network
    Repeatedly I have been running around your outlets and complaints have been registered all along the ordeal faced by me but you have never done it right,
    Many of the times i have become mad when I used to revive important calls and when it got easily disconnected
    These are the things which have made me loss in lakhs of rupees as well as the mental tension caused by your network which will be claimed later
    Further to add to my grievances you have disconnected my service which was said to be non payment when you stick to your rules being an Indian citizen I will be taking this case further and will see to it that no other Indian will suffer like me
    Nothing more to write the damages done will be claimed and it will be succeeded with further cases against the Vodafone
