Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Idea customer for the last two years . My no is +919718050749.I am facing a problem for the last 20 days.Actually on 20th of January a service named net 20 was activated and I am requesting from very that day for deactivation of that service. But till today the service is still going on and regular deduction of 20 rupees also going on.
Every time when I spoke to them regarding the deactivation of my service they gave a new time period for the deactivation but the problem is not sorted out.
I got a new commitment for today i.e. 8 th of Feb but today also the problem is not solved.
I also have their recordings when they committed for deactivation of this service .
Would be so kind to suggest me ,how can I get rid of this problem.
