I am using IDEA\SPICE PUNJAB`s Mobile GPRS Services. I applied for there 99 Unlimited GPRS Plan on 26 of Jan 2010. In which all kind of surfing and downloading is free of cost. (expect paid sites). I got GPRS settings and save in my handset. and start using my GPRS Services. But after a week i check my bill, and that is more than my uses. and when i called to IDEA/Spice helpline on 8th of Feb. 2010, then they reply that you are using wrong settings and that settings belongs to our paid GPRS plan. and when i told them to check my plan then they reply that you are using 99 unlimited plan. but you have to pay GPRS charges you use although you are using unlimited plan. But why I pay for the above uses charges, because i am using it as a 99 unlimited plan there is no fault of me, because when i received settings theres no plan mentioned and no customer care phone received for that settings. I save that settings as 99 unlimited plan. so i use my Mobile GPRS as 99 unlimited Plan. and also when i told there customer care to why they send settings that is not belong to my plan, then they reply we are sending settings to all our customers who used GPRS Services on there mobile phone. my Question is Why they are sending settings without customers request. this is truly a cheating to customers to grab there money without there consent.
