This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase one karbonn mobile model number K10 on 05/02/2010 from some of ur dealer named prakash radio and watch co.180 jail road indore-452007 (MP) as I like the handset for its look and its features which I compared with nokia and bought it for Rs.3750 on 5th Feb. Now this is to tell u the other day when I click the photo from the mobile its not working and then I went your authorized dealer (Ayushi Electronics) for service, he asked me to leave the mobile as he want to check the software and then next day he called me and told that this set is having problem and he will make the note and our mobile get changed so I again went to Prakash radio and watch co. and request them that I want some other company handset as I don’t want this thing to be happened again in the future with the same set ..So he immediately refuse my request and told me that they will deduct 400/- per handset and then gave us some other company's handset as company (karbonn) will charge this amount (for returning) so I asked him to refund my whole amount or if I can talk to some authorized person in bang lore...but they are not even refunding my amount nor accepting to give some other company’s handset and whatever the balance amount will be I’ll give…
Now this is to request you to kindly instruct the dealer to refund my whole amount Rs.3750/- or allow me to purchase any other company’s handset without deducting the payment as I am sure that company will not going to charge this amount from the dealers. Should the customer expect this kind of behavior from such a big mobile company? Or the dealers’ think customers are fool…so kindly sort out the matter on your end and revert back at the earliest.

I am writing this mail with great disappointment with product Karbonn K10 model, which I have purchased on 08.03.10 that is only 11 days back. From the 4th day of purchase I noticed a fading on the display lens and it was spreading to more area, day after another. on 9th day, ie on 17.03.2010 I visited your service centre in KANNUR, kerala, and they checked the hand set and returned with a commitment that they would call me on next day. Next day I didn't get any call from their side and again I visited the service centre. Things happened in the same manner as previous day. I tried to contact company call centre number 1800 11 6666 and I came to know there is no such number. Then I contacted another Tel No. 080-41278858 and I got such an Irresponsible response. They didn't show any courtasy to understand my complaint or they did not take any details of mine. They only said that I should contact some body else for this and they gave me a Mobile Number-9946557327, which I had contacted and came to know that number is not related to anybody in Karbonn mobiles. There was an email id on the warranty card, which is getting bounced

I am in a great disappointment that there is no body to acknowledge my complaint or to make any records for that. I have purchased this product for what ever price company has fixed for and it is only 10 days past.

Had bought a Karbonn KC 410 in February 2010 after it was heavily promoted by the salesperson at the Reliance outlet (opp udupi Garden, BTM Layout, Bangalore). Within two weeks of getting it, it stopped working. Went to the authorised service centre where the person said that I shouldnt have bought Karbonn as its not a good brand ! He said that it would take two months to get it repaired. Cursing my luck, went back to the shop where I purchased it. The person there took my phone and said he would get it repaired. After calling daily for 2 weeks, he finally said the phone was ready. Within 3 days, it has stopped working again. Its a really inferior product backed by pathetic service.

One word of advice to people who may read this- stay away from cheap phones from unknown companies like Karbonn- they may look good and offer a lot of functionality but you will never know when they stop working- and since the service is really bad, its just wasted money. Better buy a phone from Nokia/Samsung/LG

If you are facing the same problem again and again with your handset even after many repair, it means the handset is irreparable and need to be changed. So just send a written notice via registered post ( keep one copy with you and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the Consumer Court ) to the below mentioned address and ask them to change/refund within the mentioned time in the notice.

I have purchased Karbonn Mobile (K443) on 02/08/2009 , but last month i had problem like not able to hear the outgoing and incoming calls,only able to hear when switched on the speak phone, i went to service centre on 18/03/2010 (ASIAN TELECOM. MYSORE) informed about the problem , at the reception no one is ready to speak in pleasing manner and they requested to come on 20/03/2010 and the JOB NO; 720 ,but i went on 20/03/200 they informed the problem has been rectified, when i came to home i noticed the problem not been rectified,then again i went to service centre on 23/03/2010 with the same problem and one more problem (display) JOb no 939, and informed me to come on 25/03/2010,but i could not go on that day,but i went on next day ,they informed display problem is there and they are out of stock with display and has been requsted for display asked to call after 15 days to know the status. In the reception no one was ready to sepak in polite manner and then i requested for manager , but they made a call to one MR.Mohan and informed he is the manager, but i do not know how he has been appointed as manager he is worst then the reception people , then manger infomred to leave the mobile with them and he will look into it,then i left the place, but when i called on 31/03/2010 to know the status,i got an response stating mobile has been tampered they are not able to do the service, i would like to inform you that the mobile first service was done with them on 18/03/2010 but now they are rejecting as tampered, Please look it to this matter, its very serious because they are spoilig the name of Karbonn, and none of the reception people are courtious, and even the technician are not qualiifed technicians,

forYou, you may lose one customer , but do not forget the "word of mouth" is effective means of communication and in future i will never recomend my friends and collegues to buy karbonn mobile because of the service

I purchase one boss try sim 633 mobile phone through news paper by ordered on dated 03/02/2010. From the time I purchased this phone after one week .it was not working properly like 1.its key pad was not working 2.it I having signal problem 3. Voice quality is very poor 4.if I want by name search phone book start from beginning.5 picture quality of its camera is worse. Regarding this I already made a two complaints on naaptol helpline they give me two no.51243,52471,
Sir my phone is under warranty period as your helpline said to me that I currier my cell to Mumbai service center its not possible for me because its half of its total wrath. Sir I am totally suffered with your services, so, please pick my cell phone from my house to your service centre or reimbursement my money because I am fad up with naaptol servise .if you not giving me reply in one week I will sue you in consumer court . i brought a karbonn K 460 from bangalore and it create always software problems. sometimes call list/ messages/ missed call lists /alarm. fed with the set. even the addresses given in the brochure are not supporting in delhi. better to go for a cheap chineese set is the best not indigenous. support me

This stupid phone, and also the authorized service centers, They are not taking care at quick, K10 is the mob which i have purchased, with in a week i got the problem. that if i capture a camera the Mobile gets Switched OFF. So i will suggest the people not to go for KARBONN Mobiles

I have purchased KC470 on 21Feb2007. I was very happy for about a month, Right after a month its started throwing "Unable to charge" while trying to recharge. I went to the Service center(PrimeTech), they said its a known problem among the particular model(KC470) and took my mobile number as the software required is yet receive from the company. Till now no one called me, I have visited the service center many times but of no use and getting the same response.

I tried to contact the support numbers provided in the Karbonn website, but the phone was unanswered, After trying almost 100 times in a day, some one answered, took my details and said that the tech guy will contact me later. But no one contacted me till now.

I just want to inform you that, after facing a lot of troubles with Chinese models, people are just now started trusting your brand(being a Indian brand). Please dont lose the trust and your market just because of these silly services mistakes and negligence.

I would have no choice other than approaching consumer forum, if the problem continues

I took my mobile to your serving center at Rajahmundry. But your serving employees of not responding and not receiving my complaint they said why your buying Karbonn mobiles and took for repair and also they said your buying another company mobiles. If is very bad to your company any parts of Karbonn mobiles were not available at Rajahmundry City. I request you to please inform to your serving center employees receive complaint free customers and do service properly. Karbonn mobiles waste

I had purchased above mobile from sector 22 Chandigarh on a proper billing but unfortunately the set developed many problems in regard to key board and double sound like echo. The recipient of the call listen to his own voice , which is very annoying. But the repair center could not set it right. The company has no proper address how I can sue them in the consumer court as well as for cheating?
