Hello Sir

I had the Airtel Connection (+919740809280). i take it on 17 of january 2009 by a retailer. On 4th of of February in morning i got the message by Airtel to submit the documents otherwise they would cancel the connection. In evening I went to Airtel office and submitted my documents with serial number 7373310. Airtel told me that my number would not be deactivated. but after 2 hours they blocked my number. When i asked the customer care next day they told me that My sim was sent to recycle. I asked them why it happen they told me it is none of their business and number cannot be restored. i registered the complaint in Airtel Office by complaint no 205138121 but no processing happened.

Due to this I lost my number and balance of Rs 200 plus. Now I am facing lot of problem. Please ask airtel to refund my balance and fine for causing lot of inconvenience to me
