In case you are not satisfied with the response of the Customer Service Centre,then contact to the Nodal Officer of your Circle (address mentioned below) via registered post (keep one copy with you) with your complaint reference number and details of the complaint / grievance and ask them to solve the problem and the reason.
The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of the registration of the complaint.
Wait for their response, and revert us back.
