This is Asim Banik Chowdhury, one of the prepaid customer with Aircel number(9804423616). I am very frustated and disappoined with the Aircel customer support and want to lodge a complaint against them, the issues are mentioned below in point.
1. I took this aircel SIM card on 15th January,2010 also then recharged with 14/- to get the Pocket Internet features. But was unable to browse the Internet so called the customer care and asked for support. I have called 3 times and they were unable to solve the problem, so they barred my no. so that I can't call CC. Still upto today I am unable to call CC and not getting any support.
2. I have lodge this complaint in the Cutomer Touch point at Nagerbazar, Kolkata on 18th January,2010. The executive person was unable to help me and put my complaint and assuerd that it will be fix with in 2 days. The complaints numbers are 151827086,1518127598. Still today nobody has contacted me to fix those problems.
3. At the moreover, my tariff has changed from last week as I took the 1 paisa/sec SIM for STD and Local call. Now I am paying Rs. 2.40/- for the STD call. Also unbale to talk to CC as my no is barred by the technical people of Aircel.

I received this message from 57000 yesterday: "Thankyou for subscribing to Aircel Friendz zone. You have been charged Rs.10 for 10 days. To unsubscribe call 570001(Tollfree). To chat call 57000 at Rs2/min"
I am very sure I did not intimate any notice or activate anything regarding such a service. I have activated DND service, so i did not receive any calls about the same too. Such being the case, how can they simply deduct an amount from my balance without my consent? Such inconvenience caused will not be tolerated. Kindly do the needful.
Hello,I Jatin.V.K.am an aircel customer for past 1 year(9738505121),it has been a nitemare with this company,
they did not activate National Do Not Disturb even after 6 months first requested on dec 12-2009,and on top of that they deduct balance from my prepaid cell and accuse me of requesting them myself..I have lost a total balance of rs.30
When I call customer care,they register compliants but are unresolved..

I tried to call on Aircel Customer care as I need to change my post paid to prepaid . The Aircel Staff provided me with two mobile numbers to be contacted near Adyar 98410 72729 and 98417 30000. The First number is closed and Second number there is no response .
Please advice your personel to amend thier working ways for better & do the needful for change of my post paid to prepaid ( 97109 23215)

This MSG is regarding activation of caller tune without anyone's permission.
I am using AIRCEL prepaid # 9716489362 from past 5 months. And, i faced auto activation of caller tune without any permission twice.
First case was in the 2nd month after activation of this #, as a clear advise given to your out-bond caller guys that do not activate anything on this number & after all conversation made a MSG i recd that your caller tune has been activated & Rs. 30 has been deducted from your a/c. And, just after i made a call to your customer care dept no one help a girl caller picked the phone & say that you all guys first activate the service & after that you call us how did you activated this service onto my number. Tell me, if anyone activates any of the service how can he call up & denies.
Second case happens in current month 2 days before i.e., on 23/June. I got a call from AIRCEL out-bond customer care person my wife picked that phone & a conversation starts that Aircel offers you this & that value added service just free of cost but my wife denies that pls do not activate any thing onto this number we don't need any of your value added service. And without of any consent you guys deducted Rs. 20 from my a/c b'coz of any caller tune opted & in the evening i got a disclaimer MSG from AIRCEL this this service have been activated at you number & caller tune will gets activated in 5 minutes. Just, i not losing even a single minute i called to customer care dept & as usual reply all the caller are busy & continuously i have tried for 45 min & after i got connected & i had a word with Karan & with his response i was not satisfied so i told him to t/f this call to your senior guy & that bloody guy t/f that call to some other dept & there i requested that guy to t/f this call & then i had a word with Mr. Rohit (TL) he assured me that we will resolve this issue asap he gave me a complaint # 1-2202152101 & told me i will receive a call within 24-48 hrs but time i have not recd any call from AIRCEL customer care service dept. And, the more interested thing is that after deducting this much of amt still caller tune have not been activated onto my #. This is how they make fool to there customers.
This shows how you guys cheat to loyal customers, just to complete your targets a fake entries being entered in system that we got a permission of activation of any value added service.
There per-recorded voice came that this call is recorded just b'coz of internal training purpose. But, we think this is just of no use. You all telecoms guys are just cheater & in your training you guys trained them how to cheat a loyal customers try to receive a voice of yes whether it may of anything you just record that & feed that in system to make foll of your seniors.
These days 50 rupees is not a big amt. for a medium class guys but amt is more than enough for a very poor people. This is how you have cheated your customers.

It gave a message of " subscribe your pocket data first and link not available". So i contact your customer care officer.but it was answering me bc.yesterday 8 pm to 11 pm that was continued. Now i try last 2 hours it was bc. No one of the officer attend my call. I am very disappointed in your service. If this was continued please help me how do i surrender your Sim in properly.

That time i was so busy so i called to customer care dept after 2 hours when i checked my balance & as usual reply all the caller are busy & continuously i have tried for 45 min & after i got connected & i had a word with Kuldeep & with his response i was not satisfied so i told him to t/f this call to your senior guy but he cut the phone after that I make another call to customer care there a person name mana heard me & told me your deducted amount has been returned back within 24-48 hours. but I m not satisfied. so plz return my balance. I kindly request to u. This is how they make fool to there customers.

I have called the customer care at 17/05/11 in between 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm ,The person i have forget the name of the person ,that guy is not behaving good to me,he cut off the line before i cut it off. please take the steps for these,please tell the persons in the customer care give respect to customer .
