this is becoming worst , i need the balance back. i was downloading something the customer care says, and i was downloading a free video from which i used to download in the past.

there is a big problem with aircel and its customer support, they are hungry for money. saying a free plan they charge for the service.
how come i was not charged for downloading videos from the same \site in the past and now they tell me that thisa site has charged.
such a fool they make us.
also they charge for a complaint section.

people never use AIRCEL... its worst.

I am disapounted because yesterday I complained customer care to deactivate all services and he told that he told me that he deactivated all services now no money will be reduced from the balance but next day also they cut 5 rs from the balance .I have recording of that agent . pls help me

my aircel number is 09762359264 which i have purchased about an year ago with full document and now ur telling me that you have not submitted your documents and submit it otherwise sim will be blocked ,and now this is my personal number and i dont have my brothers documents to submit it for sim as he is out of country and he will come after 6 months so please try to understand my problem and dont block the sim.

i am using aircel number(9942405046) since 2010 onwards. Aircel talkies activited by your side and charged Rs 20 on july 14, 2012. i will make a
complaint to your customer care on 16,july and your customer care executive
told me amount will be refund within 24 hours but iam not getting refund
till now.i again give complaint to your customercare the complaint id is
1-8949772180 this time your executive told me amount will refund within 72 hours
but i am not getting till now after that i complain again morethan 7 times
no proper responses from your staffs. Already this issue comes every 20 days
this is 5 time.
