    Angry Amount Deducted but no recharge done

    Hi.........
    This is geetha
    I tried to aircel recharge packet internet for Rs.98 to this no 9841247903 at 8.30pm in 15/09/2011,

    But My transaction was not getting successful, But amount was deducted from my account name saraswathy.

    What can i do?

    pls help any one. plz credited my bank account or do packet internet recharge for Rs98.

    If balance is not credited, again credit my bank account atleast.

    My name is Brijesh Kushwaha, having Mobile No. and A/c No. i.e. 9699057477 A/c and 1-6137782026 respectively
    My number is portable from Tata Docomo to Aircel on dated 8th Oct 2011. Since start of date with aircel network, I am getting too much problem i.e. for network, Internet, not able to login ID online and also I don’t get Miss
    call alert even I have already subscribed to Missed Call Alert Services
    I called N numbers of times on customer care number but no issue resolved, just getting excuses that sir there might be some technical issues or something else which will be resolved soon, we have registered your complaint, please try after
    4 hrs or 8 hrs, your issue will be resolved but later result Zero
    In my last 8 months experience with TATA DOCOMO (previous user), I didn’t call that much times on TATA DOCOMO customer care number as I had already called on Aircel customer care number in within last 5 days
    Now I am really aggravated with your Aircel Network, which I want to get off as early as possible

    my aircel nimber 8896531216 is wid me i m using net on that number but..........my money always deducting from my account...and i cant getting help from customer care center.........so kindly help me.....i m facing problem from since 4 days..............

    hello sir, i am tukaram chougule from pune city. i have face a problem with my aircel sim card. when i insert my sim card it show registration failed. so what should i do for this sim card. i face this problem from 23th of this month,my sim card is totally off. please do something or suggest. my aircel mobile no. is 9762538462. and my alternate no. is 8087998052.

    Default Automatic subsciption of MPCLP2 and MPLCP6....

    HI
    I am Kaushal Chawda From Raipur CG....

    MPCLP2 And MPLCP6....

    they are automatically subscribed and when ever i do recharge my mobile....all the balance are gone....due to Subscription of that thing....

    In Every 4 Hour they MESSAGE me that subsciption of MPCLP2 (same for MPLCP6) is failed

    i do not subscribe that..even though AIRCEL are charging me for this facility..

    WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE....From last 3 days line is busy...

    WHAT SHOULD I DO HELP ME GUYS.......

    I have been using airtel prepaid since 4 years.I want to file a complaint against airtel for deducting [COLOR=#000099 !important]balance[/COLOR] without any reason.My balance is deducting since 17th december 2011.I have not subscribed to any pack.[COLOR=#000099 !important]Customer care[/COLOR] is not helping me.They have deducted 145 rupees since the above given date.I want [COLOR=#000099 !important]my refund[/COLOR] back as soon as possible as I am a student and 145 rupees is not a small [COLOR=#000099 !important]amount for[/COLOR] me.Please help me Customer Court.

    Angry Very Pathetic Aircel service........ got banged

    I bought aircel prepaid number 9803109699 a year ago. last month i need my aircel number proof to show that that number is running on my name..
    for embassy purpose;s
    The guy at aircel store, mall road ludhiana told me that not possible for prepaid number. He suggest me to change in post paid and after whenever i want i change it into prepaid. I agree and i go for migration. After a month when i visit same aircel store the guy said that is not possible. I was shocked and i called customer care and get same response.

    Now i am toatally stuck and bound with bloody aircel.

    after that i write an email to nodal officer on 27/12/2011 with reference number (ERN-317169-0SQ1ZM) and that my email inquiry also not answered by aircel team. that inquiry should be answered after one day but aircel FAILED to do so. And cut their promise for answering me..

    today i submit another request to nodal officer by email reference (ERN-320765-24ZF0F) and (ERN-320768-Z6D0XS)....
    lets see what happen. and the nodal officers number wasn't contacted from my number.

    MY REQUEST TO COMPANY IS TO CHANGE MY NUMBER FROM POST PAID TO PREPAID.
    ELSE I BE CHANGE MY NUMBER WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR DISCONNECT MY NUMBER FROM AIRCEL.

    AND I ALSO WARN AIRCEL IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED IN ONE WEEK, I ALSO GOING TO SUBMIT A LEGEL WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO MY LOCAL DISTRICT CONSUMER COURT, LUDHIANA IN NAME OF AIRCEL...........

    use a 9551828883, its a prepaid no , i had received a message that i had to submit address proof and Id proof even having submitted
    as i had bought this to the shop vendor when i had being bought this sim, last thursday (9th jan 2012) i had gone to velachery
    aircel office submited all the reqd docs, my outgoing facilility had got barred on the same day when i had submitted my all my reqd docs,
    for this i have been communicating aircel customer care to release my outgoing facility they stated it would get activated in 2 hours 4 hrs one
    day , 24 hrs nothing has happened, i have had called more than 20 times , see i need to make some official calls , what do i do now...

    i am mr.sayak palit from ahmedabad gujarat india. I have recharged my account balance for rs.125 from a mobile store in ahmedabad on 02-05-2012 wednesday. But i have not yet got my balance of rs.125 in my account. There is no problem from the mobile store , there also the transaction was successful they showed me the prove in their laptop. This is a e-recharge through internet. I have got message in my mobile that my recharge is successful but still i did not get my balance of rs.125 in my account. My transaction number is - gjr12050219551001009. If i not get my balance within 24 hours i am going to complain in the consumer court for my rights. My aircel mobile number is 08460727894. I am not going to lose my rs.125 for free. Do whatever you can do from your side, i am very serious in this matter. I have faced similar problems in the past also but this this time it has crossed the limits. Contact me on my aircel number if required - 08460727894.

    I am very sure I did not intimate any notice or activate anything regarding such a service. I have activated DND service, so i did not receive any calls about the same too. Such being the case, how can they simply deduct an amount from my balance without my consent? Such inconvenience caused will not be tolerated. Kindly do the needful.
    SO please solve my problem as soon as possible

    Default Rs 120 balance have been cut without any caouse

    i am Rahul Ranjan mob-8802872649 . i am regular user of aircel .
    sir on dated 7 may 2012 i have call in customer care to know about rate cutter then call have been drop and recently rs 60 have been cut in my accout then i again call in customer care and comlaint against them . i got complain number 067983907207 and gave me reply your balance return in 24 hour. when my call finish then again Rs60 have been cut in my account then i again call in customer care and tell the matter . one of them reply me just relacks your cut balance
    Rs 120 be return on 24 hour . many 24 hour has been gone sir but up to now no any balance is return in my account . i have complain in customer care regularly number of time but they didn't talk me seriouly and say that your balance will not be return . when we try to call in my mob then already go phone busy so i complaint with help of my friend number .
    sir you are requested to please return my total cut balance otherwise i change my aircel number and do complain if i possilbe . i call phone regullary but customer care go busy/............
    sir please immediately take action about it
