    Default airtel account number 0120-4294260

    I have called several times to your customer service in the last 5-6 months
    and that has led to several complaints being registered. Not even a single
    complaint..i repeat (*NOT EVEN A SINGLE COMPLAINT*) has been resolved till
    date although i get an sms everytime which reads "Trust your issue number
    ******** has been resolved. if not, please contact 121". It mens to enter
    that same stupid cycle again and explaining myself to dumb people. But
    somehow life continues and i keep following up on my previous complaint only
    to end up registering a new one.

    I had written to your nodal officer in the past and i had received a call
    from someone who *ABUSED* me over the phone and said that there is nothing i
    can do because his call was not being recorded. Since i didnot have any
    proof, i couldnt do anything. however, i have copy of followup emails that i
    had sent only to be snubbed again.

    I havent contacted the Nodal Office this time becuse i dont want to be
    abused again. I have been speaking to your dumb people at 121. Can you
    please look into *ALL* the complaints and get back to me with an answer? The
    issues are very simple, but since they have not been resolved, and since
    they keep occuring every month, it has led to a large number of complaints.

    I am attaching a copy of the post that i have logged into one of the forums.
    Will continue to do more of that tonight.
    I am also *copying this email to Consumer Court*. I will followup with them
    at a later stage.
    I will also contact the Public Grievance Cell if i dont hear from you within
    24 hours
    Here is what i want:
    1) my issues be resolved. the people who didnot resolve them and gave me
    fake assurances should be "coached".
    2) i should be compensated for the time and energy and money that i have
    lost in trying to contact you people.
    3) the person who abused me from your nodal office (around 4-5 months ago)
    should be kicked out. will give you his name if you call me.

    Trust me, I will not let you get away with this one, no matter what it takes
    to get it resolved/ fixed.
