    Default Unsatisfied with IDEA service and customer care



    I have an idea cell phone 9086044271 from past few months now . My
    outgoing was barred with a reason that usage amount is more than
    deposit . I deposited Rs 500 immediately and got a confirmation from
    IDEA that they received the money .
    I was told that my outgoing will be activated in few hours but its
    almost 1 week that my outgoing is not activated . Customer care is
    also extremely non co operative and don't give me any complaint number
    . I have spoken to some 5-6 guys and none of them gave me complaint
    number . What can i do ?

    Unhappy Bad customer service

    Hi,

    IDEA has activated some VAS services by default for my pre-paid account. And Rs 5/- are being deducted on a daily basis for these services without my consent.

    After calling the customer care I was made aware that 2 offers, Sona Jeeto and Monsoon Bonanza have been activated for me and 155223 is the number to be dialed for de-activating the same.

    I have tried calling 155223 the number given by the customer care executive but I am unable to get the exact ID of the service to be de-activated.

    I am highly dejected with the service and response provided by customer care. Thanks to them my balance touches 0 rupees everyday.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Idia customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a via email, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
