Dear Sir,

I have gone to vodafone (vodafone.in) website for online recharge and i have seen full talktime for 175 and so done recharged . But i got only 158.66 talk time and when i call to customer care he cooly says it has withdrawn last night and will take 48 hrs for website to get update. I have recharged at 9 PM Today , 30th jan and he says its withdrawn 12 yesterday night and its almost 20 hrs and i dont understand why it will take 48 hrs time for vodaone techinical team to update the website.Until then poor guys like me has to loose their money these 2 days. I dont understand why customers should get misguided and loose money for 2 days for just updating their website in this technology world.

Can we get any solution to this ?
