Hi,
I am using Airtel for the past three years. Airtel has charged me for sending SMS on Dec31st 2009 and Jan01st 2010 and they call those days as "Blackout days". But I have not received any alert sms regarding this.
Hence I request to disconnect my connections. Later one person maned Rajesh called from Banglore and promised me to provide me waiver. But now the waiver is not provided when I contacted customer care they said that there were no promises given by them.
Also the customer care executives are not providing the relevant infos. When I said this problem in mail, a lady named Nancy has replied that the waiver has been provided and dated on 12/21/2009. But I just gave the complaint on 1st jan 2010. Wat a poor service. Really shame on them.
How do i get waiver?? or better to disconnect?
