This is regarding my no. 9818210001. I have been a valued customer of Airtel for more than 5 years now. We have over a hundred no.’s distributed over our organization also from Airtel.
I have been facing a trouble for over 6 months now and no clarifications has been done from your company’ irresponsible customer care officials. Please note that the reason I am using such language is due to the humiliation I am facing. Each month Rs30 is deducted from my balance saying that it is the charge for some LMTS software. This software is neither installed in my phone nor I download it. This has been confirmed by your customer care officials. But nothing till now has been done to rectify this and each month my balance is deducted. When I do discuss with customer support they either disconnect or say that do not know why this is happening.
Even today two calls I attended from airtel and they speak rudely that they are not responsible and can do nothing and hang up.

Please help out or advice what to do.
I have no hope either I will disconnect all the connections we are using OR go to the consumer forum.

A reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
