hi i recharged my account for rs 55 on 15th jan 2010.. its a special tariff voucher which enables you to call 1p for 2 secs..its valid for one month...i still have the conformation sms recived on 15th jan...now i m charged 1p per sec from yesterday i.e 28th jan...
when called customer care representative they spoke very arogantly & claimed that i never recharged...
whats d next procedure?????????
