Respected Sir,

My Mobile No. is 9885392958 which was pre-paid before 5 months back, the executives and the call center people of vodafone make me understand that convert your number as post paid because you re-charges your cell above 400 of Rupees every month, due to there pressure I did the same and the number becomes postpaid. After then the bill ware above 550/- every month and also they are charging for incoming message alerts from rediffmail.com, now I wish that the respected court must give direction to the vodafone that they must inform the customer for their charges for everything and also not to make harassment, due to this only I suffer a lot even the amount is not big but they must inform when the services activated in the phone. I hope an early action in this regard as I believe that consumer court act very fast.
