I want to do complaint of Rohtak Spice service centre. One & half month back I had given my handset "SPICE 5300" for changing the display and they commited to return back my handset within one week.
But still I had not received my handset. After one month they returned my handset with changed display but that was also not working and they charged Rs.650 from me. When I again went to service centre
they again recollect my handset and said display was not in our stock that’s why we changed duplicate display. Still I not received my handset and the money after my 8-10 visits and this time I am really very tired.
They are not responding and behaving very bad.Now Service center owner (Gaurav) starts showing attitude and not giving back my handset. What I think is that after receiving money from customer
there is no need to serve customer. Customer satisfaction doesn't matter with SPICE. I have a original bill and decided to file a case in consumer court.
Require your urgent help in getting my handset back in good working condition and take a quick action against this kind of behaviour of service center.
I am really very disappointed with SPICE mobiles service and decided to never purchase again any SPICE mobile.
This is not the first time when I am facing this kind of situation with Rohtak SPICE service certer. Prior to this they have a service center dealership of LG, with that also their customer dealing or response
were similar like this. Please do something……...
