My name is Shrikant Patil. I am using airtel prepaid number (9890739526) from approx.5-6 years. i havent activated any service on my number but still airtel is continuously deducting Rs. 10 per week from my account from november 2009. when i called customer care, one executive said me that some Movie Audio service is activated on ur number but sir i didnt activated this service. He said u will get refund of this but still i didnt get any refund.
Sir, deducting Rs.10 per week is really really very big cheating and
i cant afford this. From Month of november this is going on.
I am requesting u kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

recently i called airtel customer care again. now they are saying that the charges are correct and that service is activated from my side. This is really cheating.

I have already airtel account and converted it to postpaid one month ago,i havn't get any confirmation about the airtel live activation.But when the first bill produce a huge amount lost on the way of airtel live.commonly i have using samsung dual c5212 phone and cannot recognize which sim is active at the time of browsing.
airtel says that i am wrongly browsing with airtel sim and 20kb/30 paise is fall on ur bill.
i surely say that airtel is the worst network in the world,they can repay our cash,they are only hanging in ourmoney purse

Hello Sir,
I have been using an Airtel prepaid since a month now. I dont know how and why but regularly they keep on deducting money from my account. The amount varies from 5 paise to 5 rupees. This happens multiple times in a day. I have lost track of how much money I have lost because of these deductions. I called the customer care number and everytime they disconnect my number without any explanation.
I am sure they are cheating me with these deductions and hence they disconnect my call without any reasons. I am fed up with Airtel service and will recommend every user not to opt for their services.
