    Default Not Proper Responce From Vodafone Service

    Hi Sir,
    I m using vodafone Postpaid Connection. i am vodafone's regular customer also. befone month i am selected vodafone's new sms pack of sms 149 as per service plan i have 15000 free sms. my sms sending is more than 5000 bt every two or three days they they dissconnect my mobile out going. when ever i am going to call customer care they not giving proper responce. since two days when i m going to call from my mobile to customer care they send wrong ivr there.
    Please tell me what to do.
