I am from pune and using mobile service from Airtel since 1 year. In this one year I came across many Administrative problems from Airtel.
Problems like Deduction of money from account to activate any special services without the user's consent. Evenif I complained and get it deactivated, money I didn't received yet. 4 Jan 2010 I have recharged with Rs. 50 to avail 50 paisa calling facility but they have activated ISD pack which is of no use to me and I have lost 50 rupees. from jan 4th onwards I am paying high rates for STD as well as Local. This is because of there mistake I am suffering. I have logged complain for twice but they didn't considered this as a matter of concern as if it's their intension. One more incident like on 19th jan 2010 they have deducted 20 rupees from account to activate music pack again without my consent.
These are all harassment which need to considered on priority for action. If we see, although they are giving lower calling rates because of competition, they are actually withdrawing the amount like all these activities. They will log complain but nothing will happen.they are well aware that initially users will shout but after sometime they will forget.
This is a kind request please looking into the matter seriously as many user like me will get trapped like this.
