    Angry Vodafone .. never able to help .

    Hi,

    I am a vodafone post paid customer mob # 9885773232 since the past 7 years.

    I had been trying to change by post paid connection since a long time and was getting nowere with it finally I walked in to the vodafone branch at pujagutta Hyderabd on 2 jan 2010 and post discussions with there rep Y Deepa I decided upon the plan that suited me and gave the neccecary documents required for the same to be changed / updated . I was informed by her that my plan would be changed as of midnight 2 Jan 2010.

    I did not recive the bill for dec and when I called vodafone care on 19 Jan 2010 I was adviced that no change has been requsted and If I requset a change now a prorated amount from 2 Jan to 19 Jan will be charged .

    I have been having issues with vodafone since a long a time and want to seek legal action against them . Please advice .

    my adress is flat # 31 , III rock roof apt road # 12 banajara hills Hyderabad . and # is 9885773231 ..( typo error in the previous post )
