    Default My airtel post paid mobile no activation

    Hi My name is Prashant Kumar Nigam and my mobile no is 9810087669 Airtel has disconnected my number stating financial reason and as per them I have requested for the same whereas I am paying my dues regulary and I have just called them so that I could reduce my bill amount.

    Now After so many visits at their office and accepting all the change terms and condition still they have not activate my number saying that the address verification went negative. I checked with the dealer. they are telling that nothing can be done on this.

    I have shifted my home and I am paying regulary. As I was receiving my bill at my e mail id hence I never changed my address due to laziness but I think that is not shows my intention for default furthermore in my opinion there is no such rule that I have to live in the same apt until I am using Airtel no I have already provided new add proof along with required document twice but Airtel is still not activating my number after too much follow-up

    Kindly help me

    I am waiting from long time but there is no reply. On 31 Jan have sent a written complaint to Nodal Officer Delhi but no body is responding Please suggest me what should I do now
