There is no time for these SMSs. Sometime I used to get SMS in morning 6 o clock. I had complaint to there customer care as well as to Nodal Officer however all is vein. After taking a month time from me they told me that this issue cannot be resolved. They told me that these SMSs are internet originated and its the customer fault. However I didnt registered anywhere on the internet even I had talked to one of the SMS sender he told me that they used to get these numbers from service providers in lieu of money. I am not able to study and sleep properly due to these disturbing messages. . I am going through a mental agony due to these SMSs. Please help me. Please find the attached file of latest SMSs which I used to get. These are just few of more then hundred messages which I used to get.

    Sir,
    I am using BSNL Cellone number 9433774303. And I had already activated DND services (Registration ID 84721 dated 26/06/2010) but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I am very puzzeled that no action has been taken from my service provider(BSNL).

    I want to register a case against BSNL,I have also filed a complaint regarding the same in customer care from where told me that there will be no calls within 2-3 days,but still I am gettng calls and messages.


    Please inform what to do to lodge a case against my provider since I had activated DND and my daily work schedule is affected due to these.....

    With due respect, I would want to write down my complain here. I have an Airtel number which is registered under NDNC. But Still on daily basis I am receiving promotional smses and calls.

    I am really bothered with all this. Despite of complaining to the Customer Care also I have not got any resolution.

    Please do the needful.

    I have Reliance GSM Prepaid number and I keep getting the unwanted messages and calls. I tried to register for the service in their Rcom website, but its link is not working.

    Angry No action taken......!!!

    Dear concern,
    i m a registered with ndnc but i don't know why i keep getting messages & call from telemarketing companies, even though i made complaint against it in airtel customer care, but no action has been taken against such companies, i just got the two messages from different no. For marketing today itself. I m frustated with this, can you help me regarding this.

    Default DND activated yet recieving spam messages

    Am a Vodafone customer and despite activating the DND service I am still getting calls from marketing companies, home & personal loans, credit cards, sms from dnainfo, and message from number 9320087106 requesting for details of address ,car owned , and name confirmation (firstly, they don't have the name yet they message you to confirm name (as if the request is placed by us and creating a trap for people by pulling their details) and give out offers like free holiday etc. I didn't pay heed to them but this spam may be created and a lot of people may give out their personal details for the fake offers,I have registered a complaint and also wish you to give a second thought to this trouble created by the spammers.

    Thumbs down dnd - do and disturb

    I (MAHESH PARIHAR) am using Airtel number (9660779433). And i had already activated DND services (AUG-2010) but I am getting messages (service messages) and calls from airtel in frequent manner. I am very puzzeled that no action has been taken from my service provider(Airtel).

    I also complaint regarding to the same at customer care, but they cut my call without giving me any reason or solving my problem, even they did not recieve my call that day. i have a recording of that call in my phone.

    Please inform what to do to lodge a case against my provider.
