    Default Airtel - Cheque Settlement issue

    Hi

    My name is Karthikeyan B.S. I have changed my sim from postpaid to prepaid and got the settlement letter and cheque later. I found that the cheque payee name is mismatch from my name. I have visited airtel gallery in Chakala (Andheri E) and handover the cheque to appropriate person. This was happend around 3 month ago. They have promised me to reissue the cheque within 15 days. But I didn t get anything. so I have visited again to the same gallery and explained the situation. They have inquired again and informed me you will receive the cheque or credit same money against in your airtel number with in 7 days . I accepted both the option. But I didn t get any call or money from your concern. Again i visited the same gallery for inquire the issue. They have promised again that i will get the cheque within 7 days. But still i did not get anything.

    I paid many times penalty due to the late payment ( EVEN SINGLE DAY EXCESS).
    Now you holding my money so long without any reason.

    Default Airtel- Issue

    My postpaid no. 7738107779.
    I have exhausted by complaining with regards to my settlement of my post paid acccount . collection agency by the name of RMS solution called me with regards to outstanding, agent called Sneha on 22/10/2010 gave me a settlement figure which i agreed to pay and collection boy Titan Shah came and took a check of settlement figure. and gave me a ordinary receipt (On Back he writes " Full And Final Settlement) which is not full and final receipt. and then few days later airtel legal dept sends me a letter asking me to pay further outstanding. then i called upMiss.Dipti Gangurde on Mobile No.9930289429 She says there is nothing she can do and not ready to listen the issue and warned about Borivali court. i called many times but she never picks up the phone. all i need is my full and final settlement letter. Otherwise I'll Case.

    Please Solve the issue sooner
