With great anguish, I would like to state that AIRTEL is deducting TALKTIME from my mobile number 9717345066 now and then. I am using this number mainly for incoming calls and AIRTEL is DEDUCTING TALK TIME without any reason. This had happend twice some time back also and they reverted an amount of Rs.30/- after verification that no calls have been made from this mobile.

It is very difficult to talk to AIRTEL customer care executives on phone. At first they do not pick up the phone. Per chance, if they pick up the phone, they waste lot of time in formalities like welcoming and to reach at NO CONCLUSION.

There was a balance of Rs.50/- in November 2009, now it has become Rs.9/- only. A deduction of Rs.20/- has mainly taken place in the last 10-15 days only.

Kindly advise, how to move about.
