I am abhishek. I am a reliance prepaid gsm (up east) user and my no. is 9026994580. I got a msg by 5th jan 2010 at 11:36pm that "Dear customer,U are subscribed to Callertunes at Rs1/2 days." while i didn't subscribe any such type of service. And the next day i got another message that " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS." and my 30Rs.had been deducted. I just called to customer care and talked to Umesh.he said that yes i agreed that ur CRBT subscription has been done automatically by service and he forward my request that service request no.is 116772371. and said that ur deducted balance will be refunded at ur accout within two days. After 3 day I got a msg that "Dear Reliance Customer as per SR 116772371 Rs.31 is posted for wrong charging rest deduction is correct and CRBT services Unsubscribed" But still deducted balanced was not refunded. customer care said just wait within 24hr. it will be added.But now its more than 78 hrs.
So please i am requesting to u..Help me to refund my deducted balance.

I have a reliance cdma mobile number 9312841762 on 11th jan 2010 night I checked my balance, next day I checked my balance I found Rs.30 had been deducted I tried calling Reliance customer care number of times to find out why the amount had been deducted but the whole day their reply was that there is some technical upgradation going on. Today on 13th Jan 2010 morning finally I got the reply that the deduction was due to activation of some service called "mitti ke rang" and that this deduction is going on since a long time. The executive asked if I wanted to cancel this service I said yes. I told her I had never got the service activated she said she cannot do anything about it and the money cannot be refunded. Please let me know what should be done about this because I have not received any sms regarding the activation of the service. Last month also I had a similar problem when a song was activated without my activating it and Rs.10 was deducted. This is daylight robbery.

I have been using Reliance CDMA services for more than 6 years. My mobile number is 9312841762.

I realised on 12th Jan 2010 that Rs.30/- had been deducted from my account. I called up reliance customer care the whole day to find out why the amount was deducted, their reply was that the systems were under upgradation and I should call later. Today on 13th Jan 2010 I was finally told that I had activated a service called "Mitti ke rang" and the money was being deducted since a long time. I told them that I had not activated any such service nor do I have kids who could activate it, and also there was no confirmation by sms or otherwise for activation of such a service, however the representative said she could not do anything and that the money deducted cannot be refunded, only she could deactivate the service. This means without my knowledge Reliance has been deducting Rs.30/- without my knowledge since a long time.
One does not have time everytime to check his balance as reliance does not have the system of informing the balance after every call by sms, this loophole has probably been kept so that these kind of deductions can be made without the consumer being aware. Last month also a hello tune was similarly activated on my account without my knowledge and money was deducted from my account.
Kindly help me get my money back immediately as I have wasted enough time trying to get my money every time and cannot go through this routine again and again.

1st Problem is that, In this number enumerously activation of caller tune without taking my permission and deduct balance unethically. Then as always i call to customer care who doesnt care for customers.
2nd is that, Before 1 month the Mantra pack had been subscribed by you without taking permission and even i dont know about that. Again balance was deducted. WHY? I HOPE RELIANCE WILL GET BACK MY BALANCE SOON.

I m rakesh parihar.I m the prepaid gsm customer of reliance.My mobile no. is 9509780603.I have deduction Rs.35 fortv subcribtion yet I have no subscribe any link. customer care service man said you subscribe through R world at 5.40pm on 9th april. but I have not open Rworld service on this day. and I have no msg to activation charge deduction.In my mobile log there is no details about that I use the Rworld services. when i call to customer care service provider they didnt listen me and challange me what ever you can do? sir please provide me right thing money is not matter here but it is wrong. I and you no it may be technical fault but service provider said this thing is not good. In india there are 2 crore customer and this thing happen once for every customer then what heppen. Sir i request u pls try the best one i hope.

I have a reliance GSM mobile number 8010870771 on 6th april 2010 night I checked my balance, next day I checked my balance I found Rs.20 had been deducted I calling Reliance customer care number nd i asked my balance have been deducted they asked your amount will be return and they asked i will forward your complaint .your amount return you as soon as.but my amount not give me Today on 12th april 2010 morning finally I call again custmercare and asked my problem the reply that the deduction was due to activation of some service your amount will not give but i have no activate any service so why i pay.

My Mobile No. is 9827408788 of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I am using this Reliance Smart GSM Services from 2006. During the year 2008, I found that some deductions were made in every month for 3 months. On lot of persuation with Reliance Customer Care, the problem was resolved.

Again from March, 2010, lot of deductions were made and the balance was reduced within two days. Till date about Rs.200/- had been deducted from my balance. Each time, I recharge the amount, the balance will get reduced immediately.

I have contacted the Customer Care Services a number of times. But nobody is receiving my compliant. I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company.

I DIALED THIS NUMBER THEY DEDUCTED Rs 30/- ON 17/03/2010 AND AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED Rs 30/- ON 16/04/2010. I DIALED CUTOMER CARE NO-9827098270 BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTENING MY QUERY THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY QUERY.

I, Mayank Bhardwaj, using the services of RIL Communications in the form of a prepaid connection (GSM) with mobile no. 9027297735since April 2009. With utter dissapointment I wish to inform you that there has been a deduction of Rs.30/- on 10th June 2010 (at around 2:30 pm) without any information to me. I hereby make it clear that I never asked for any of the services of RIL Communications to get activated during this period. Moreover, I am not being informed by any SMS (or phone call)from RIL Communications about the reason for which the amount is being deducted from my account balance.

I hereby submit a complaint against RIL Communications emphasising that the amount shall be credited back to my account balance. A call from the concerned department "expressing regret for this deed of thiers" shall be appreciable.
