    i am suffering problem that my balance has been deducted automatically by provider without any plan activation. should i close my number and suggest every one to dont use the reliance. i have no idea what to do. how without any activation my balance has been deducted. please suggest me

    Dear Reliance Customer Care,

    I am Pradeep Mishra a reliance customer from last 8 years since I got my first CDMA mobile (Now I am using GSM 8431114170), I would like to inform you that all of my family and relatives have atleast 1 cdma or gsm mobile and they often complain me that there balance is deducting sometimes 30rs.,or 60 rs./- without choosing for any services are pressing buttons (If needed I will give u reliance numbers of all of them), but I was not beleiving on them as it never happened to me.

    In last 3 months it is 3rd incident when my balance is deducted, while first 2 times I was able to get back my balance from Customer Care but now no way as in *333 or *369 now u r not giving an option to talk to customer Care.

    I want to request you that please refund my amount and please stop doing that as it is spoiling reliance image more badly, and then we have to move to other operators, there is no other choice left.

    FYI, I am a technology expert in one of the reputed multinational firm in Bangalore, and I am well known about the softwares which u r using for deduction of balance.
    If You say again its problem with your software then please stop this explanation, No one want to hear same again n again.

    In an average, Reliance is deducting 30/- rs. of around 1 lakh customer daily then calculate your daily extra earning (minimum 100000*30 = 3000000), and then ur customer care will give a explanation to everyone that "SIr, You might have choosen some option/pressed some button that's why it got deducted", please stop doing this, and deducting money of common peoples, 30 rs./- matters for everyone.

    I want to apologize in advance, but this is my humble request that please stop this, and return the money, because if every "1" Reliance Customer start moving to other operators like Docomo, idea, etc. where complains are very less as compared to Reliance, then it is sure that one day RELIANCE will loose millions of customers...
    WHy you not understanding your customers problems,, and forcing them to leave Reliance and go to other operators.

    I want a quick action rather than a formal mail from you.

    Hi!
    I am asif. I am a reliance prepaid gsm (Punjab) user and my no. is 7814452788.i have recharge my account with rs.100 on dated 29 December next day i saw balance was only 5 rs. i had uses only near about 20rs. when i ask to customer care they refund my 60 rs.and i also request him to stop the all services but next day again deducted the 55 rs. i try to contact customer care from 2 day but my call is disconnecting by automatically i could not contact him till now So please i am requesting to u..Help me to refund my deducted balance.

    Default Reliance has again deducted my balance 8431114170

    Respected Consumer Forum,

    As per my complain on your website reliance has contacted me and promised me to revert all the deducted balances and deactivate all un-necessary services which they have activated, they have refunded me 60/-rs. but today within 1 week gain they have deducted 30 rs/- , what is this??

    Any common man will get frustrated and loose the hope of his money, but I'll not give up, I am an Senior Technology expert and well known about the softwares which you are using for forcefully activating the services and deduction of balance.

    Dear Reliance Customer Care,

    Request you to please refund my amount and deactivate all the services, otherwise if this will be repeated gain I'll switch to other service provider and will suggest my relatives and friends to move as well ASAP.

    Again I want to suggest to Reliance that "IF YOU WILL CONTINUE TO CHEAT PEOPLE BY ACTIVATING PACKS AND DEDUCTING AMOUNT BY YOURSELF, TODAY I'LL BE LEAVING RELIANCE SERVICES, AND TOMORROW ANY OTHER AND SO ON , AND YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOOSE MILLIONS OF CUSTOMERS".
    (iT seems a Joke to you na ...being a customer care you must be laughing on me/us but in coming years you/RELIANCE will realize don't worry).

    Default reliance very very bad scervices

    i am using reliance gsm no.9555464155 from delhi (palam) i am fad up of this connection within 3months very very bad service provider. 1.auto deduction of balance without any information around 4-5 rs daily 2.very very slow gprs as compared to others. 3.no call pickup by customer care. very very bad customer care scervices. according to me reliance is a very very bad scervice provider.... its my biggest mistake to chose reliance.

    Hi, I am Rohit and my Reliance GSM No. is 8010465403. I have been using this no. for the last 3 months. I have taken this no. especially for night calling because most of my friends are Reliance Users and get time to talk only at night. I have been trying your Customer Care No. since morning but not able to connect to the Customer Care Executive. I have recharged my mobile on April 24, 2012 for Rs.79 in which we get unlimited local R-R calling in night From 11.00-06.00. Yesterday i was talking to my friend in the night n suddenly my the call got disconnected after that i tried to call him again n the IVR was telling me that you have insufficient balance. I now want my whole balance back ASAP and resume my night calling voucher which is valid for 30 Days.

    If my complaint is not solved with in next 24 hours i would escalate the matter to higher authorities.

    Hoping for your favourable reply ASAP.

    Dear Sir,

    I am the reliance GSM customer & my number is 7666680585.
    Sir, whenever company needs they deduct the balance from my number & whenever I am customer care, I am receiving the same answer from the executive that because of GPRS service they deduct the amount. I never used their GPRS service & also never activate the same. Also I am not receiving any complaint number from their side.
    Sir, requesting you to suggest me where is the right place for making complaint against reliance,so that in future I will not face such type of problem.
