    sir,
    I m Akshay Sukhwal . I m the prepaid gsm customer of reliance.My mobile no. is 9509495894.I have deduction Rs.5 per day cricket subcribtion yet I have no subscribe any link. I have not open Rworld service on any day. and I have no msg to activation charge deduction.In my mobile log there is no details about that I use the Rworld services. when i call to customer care service provider they didnt listen me and challange me what ever you can do? sir please provide me right thing money is not matter here but it is wrong. I and you no it may be technical fault but service provider said this thing is not good. In india there are 2 crore customer and this thing happen once for every customer then what heppen. Sir i request u pls try the best one i hope.

    We suggest you to send a email to your area nodal officer, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Default Reliance charging for the Caller tune activation done automatically from their system

    Hi,

    I am using reliance GSM service 9025277006 in my number I am being charged for the caller tune frequently for which I have not activated. When I call up the customer care they are not giving me the correct information. I was on call with your customer care for 45 minutes and still they were not able to give a solution for this or a proper answer.

    The background of this problem.

    I received an sms on 27th Jul at 0309 AM saying that I have activated a caller tune – I never activated this how can a person will activate the tunes in the mid of the night.

    After seeing this sms I called your customer care at 7am and complained about this deduction of 10 rupees and activation of this tune. They took the complaint and said they will check on this and revert the money back. The complaint number is 132975845 and next day I got an sms saying that the amount deducted was right so there will not be any money back.

    I called up your customer care and held for 45 minutes to address to this query and at the end they said they cannot do anything as this is being charged correctly.

    And they gave me the Nodal officer number as 044 30352950. Which is not for me from past two days. Now I have reached my last level to fight with Reliance that is the reason I am writing this email to at least check whether I can get a clarification on this.

    My brother is using one more number 9025909404, for this number also the same story happened and the amount was not reverted instead of that the amount is being deducted continuously for him total of 30 rupees is been deducted in three regular intervals.

    I believe there is a system failure in reliance which causes these kind of issues to the customers please correct this so that other customers are not having this problem.

    All three simcard which we use in our home got this issue and we burnt our fingure in using reliance which is not happening for us with any other operator.

    Default complaint wrong deduction

    hi,
    myself aditya rao is getting a problem with recharge of 19rs. sms pack
    .it worked for 5 days since 23 and then it started deducting 50 paise per sms.
    i have lost my balance unknowingly since past 3 days.
    so my kind request to reliace,please take a action as soon as possible.

    I am dilip singh chouhan user of reliance GSM user my number is 8055180135. My balance was deducted 3 times in 1 month of Rs 30. when 1 st time my balance was deducted i make complaint to customer care they told you get a call from some service and your service was activated from there but i did not get any call from any service i told them for money refund but they deny for refund of balance. This same was happend again after 10 days. then i again make complaint but they denied again for refund of balance. then i told them to stop all marketing call in my cell phone. But now again my balance was deducted arround 20 Rs today. Today i make complaint they make same excuse..

    Please provide my balace refund thanking you

    Default Rude behaviour of customer care and wrong deduction of money

    SIR,
    my no is 09021612622 n fro few days my account balance is continuously being deducted by 5 RS .i hav launced a complaint regarding this but its seems the company is not bothered of taking any responsibility.
    And of-course the company is not even hiering a good employee becoz they need to learn how to talk to the customer ......the name was mr PANKAJ. from pune 2 days back......
    hope your company would take a serious action regarding this matter. Or else it will take away the trust from your company . THANK YOU.

    Default balance deduction

    I have been using reliance smart since three years and i find it is impossible to contact customer care.Whenever i call hear only one thing this number is busy yes it is because everyone has problem with smart.After doing call for whole day they received only one time and without listening to my problem they have just disconnected.But i have been very angry because they have deducted 30 rs from my balance for subscribing to live chat but i have not subscribe it and after calling 50 times my call is transferred to customer care executive.When i told him about my balance deduction he told me it is because you have subscribe to this service by yourself but i told him that i have not he just shut the phone.This means that some devil has come and pressed my mobile button and i am subscribed to this service.Help me.Please give me some number where i can contact and recover my balance or i will take some another sim like airtel because they have very good customer care service.Thanks.........

    Default Suffering from July-10 but no any action taken by Reliance

    I am Dhananjay Kumar Mishra from Allahabad UP India. I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile connection and the MSISDN is 9026247280. I had registered my complaint so many times but no any action had been taken by Reliance Team. Some Complaint no is

    139968427, 140234446, 140264242 etc. The complain is every day 5Rs deduction for R-World and 30Rs per month for Unlimited Game Nokia-2690. I called to Customer Care team so many times that please stops this type of deduction from my account but they are not responding from july-10 I have wasted approximately 600Rs. Please stop this type of deduction and return my all money which has unnecessarily deducted from my account. I will wait for your quick response otherwise I will take action and will give complaint to consumer forum and TRI also then they will give me right judgment about this case.

    I will wait for your response……

    Hi. i am Arvind Kumar Shukla from Kanpur, U.P . I am a reliance gsm prepaid user and my no. is 7505001251. I am totally unsatisfied with the reliance service as every other day there is a message for the activation of such packs which is never subscribed by me . Last night i complained to costumer care and he alloted me a SR No. 143218898 and assured me for the deactivation of such packs but still Today in the morning at 5:34 i got a message that " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED " and my 20 rs. were deducted . this is not the first time , it has become a routine and when i complaint to the costumer care they just say sorry and reject our call. yesterday also i got a message for the subscription of MBO PACK and MISS CALL ALERT and Rs 75 from my balance were deducted.

    So i am requesting to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible and in future i don't want any further activation of such types of services on my mobile else i will have to take another serious action.
