This is regarding my late payment for idea connection which I am using for more than a year. I understand and I know that you are not the concerned person for this, but I am sure that you will help me out. My name is Azmi Firoz and I am residing in east Delhi. From last few months I was passing through a bad time with my family and job as well. As I am now working in a good company. My issue is that from last one week a third party from idea side is troubling my family and me a lot. As they were calling my relatives for my alternate number, I took the number from my relatives and asked them to give me three days. Between three days still I received a call from a guy stating that I am calling from a court and you have pay the bill anyhow, they said that I have to make the payments unless you have to face the circumstances. Still I told those guys that sir gives me two days to make the make payments but they started behaving very rudely. Besides this they again started buzzing my friends and my relatives saying that your friend of your brother is a FRUAD and he ran away with the money. Yesterday they called and threaten my family saying that if I didn’t pay the bill, they will take the stuff from my place. Now you tell me this is the way to understand my situation? I didn’t tell them that I will not make the payments and I was calm to them on every call still they are on with their threats. You can also see my previous bills which were 10k, 5k, 3k, but I always made the payments. Today, 16th Jan. I received a call from my client saying that he received a call from the court saying that Mr. Azmi Firoz is a fraud and he ran with 6000rs of idea. I told him that issue is solved sir and kept the phone down. After that my client wrote a mail saying that the event which was about to happen has been put on hold which was for 7 lacks due to which my company person has put my salary on hold and asking me to leave the company. My mother who is not well from last few months got so tensed that she has stopped eating anything. My father who is working in Saudi Arabia cant take it anymore. You tell me what should I do in this situation?? Can you please forward this mail to the concerned department as there is no one to help me out. Please don’t ignore this mail. My family can’t take it anymore so please help me. I have the numbers of those people who were calling and giving threat. I am sending you the numbers also I have the records of the calls. You can see my previous records earlier that I have made the payments whatever it is. But this time these people have crossed the limits. Due to which my mom and dad who came from Saudi Arabia getting so tensed coz of this reason. These guys have made this thing such a big issue that all of my relatives are pointing finger on my character. I am not a FRAUD. Just see what kind of language these guys have spoken to my sister, my aunt, my cousins. I will make the payments for sure but I will change the network after this. Including five numbers of my cousins. I am so upset with their service. I am really upset. Thank you so much. But I will not leave those guys whose called my family members. will not let them go. As I have already made the complaint of these numbers in consumer cell but nothing has been done yet I will not let them go so easily.

I am Kaushik and I am a IDEA 3G user. I have been facing lot of issues due to my bill plan not getting updated and also certain billing issues. Like even if I don't use my idea connection upto the limit mentioned for the 599 plan , I am getting high bills. My usage was 5207450.950(in volume) for Oct-Nov month in terms of GPRS volume. I got a bill of 2047.14 for the same. I need an explanation for the high billing amount.

REAL PROBLEM :
firstly it takes lots of attempts to get to talk to idea customer care guys. I inquired about the way to change my plan. I followed the steps as follows:
1. Sent ACTEBU850 as sms to 12345

This is the response which I got repeatedly:

I tried so many other permutations and combinations but with no luck.

Why do you harass customers in this way? My plan is still the same EBU 599 despite calling them several times to update my plan to 850 or anything higher which gives me more download limit and saves on my cost. They have not updated my plan and are billing me on the old plan!! NOW I HAVE TO PAY MORE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DON'T CHANGE MY PLAN AND I AM HELPLESS!

Please disconnect my idea connection. I will be grateful to you forever.

Don't harass customers in this way by providing a poor customer care service.
Also my idea data card isn't working. I called the customer care but with no avail.

Either you disconnect my idea connection or provide support by making your personnel visit my place.
