Hi,
From my Prepaid card (9975663373) hello tune was automatically activated and 10 Rs was deducted from my card. I called customer care and told my grievance but they are saying "no amount is deducted from airtel side".
Below message was received : 67850(1/10)
Welcome to Hello tunes. You have been charged Rs. 10 for 10 days subscription. You will be charged Rs. 30/Month on next renewal.

Similarly I faced same issue on another prepaid card 9096489373 which is currently used by my father. From this number various services were activated automatically and around 400 Rs were deducted. I raised this concern to Airtel customer care 2 months back but no good response came from them. At last they refunded back 50 Rs.

I feel Airtel is harassing Prepaid card users by activating some service and deducting some amount from them. Also the call center executives are pathetic who never give a good response and always disconnect the call showing bad quality work.

I hope this complaint raised on Consumer forum will be addressed by some one and help me to resolve my concern. Please do the needful.
