i was having an airtel postpaid no. 9994374904 bcoz of the nonpayment it got disconnected and on 14th nov. 2009 i cleared all the dues (Rs.2160) aand was told that this no. will be migrated to prepaid and they provided me a new SIM @ Rs.220.(sim no.89919400000691148630)I gave them all the documents they needed.This no. is not activated yet despite numerous calls to Shanmuga cell communication, airtel customer care and one Mr. Ramakrishna(no. of whom was given to me by shanmuga cell communications) in chennai.Once i posted all the documents to Ramakrishna by Indian postal service.Where should i contact now.....what should i do now...can i take any legal action? Please tell me.
