    I had problem with my HTC P3400i and i gave it for servicing at Channel9(A private store) as it was close to my house.They gave it back to me saying that the problem couldnt be rectified. I later gave the phone to HTC service center(Ovez communications) bangalore where they said that they would call back the next day to update the status of the phone.They didnt call back.after 2 days i called them on phone and they dont know what the problem is on the mobile. again i called them after 3 more days.The manager Mr.Abdul razzak picked up the call and told that it was a holiday and he was the only guy working there at that time. again he doesnt know what the problem is on the mobile. later after some more days i called the HTC service center when the manager himself told that the problem was with motherboard and he told that the warranty has expired online and told that it couldn’t be repaired as motherboard costs 70 percent of the mobile phone cost and asked me to get the mobile bill, He also told me that he would replace the motherboard if i get the bill.
    I go there with the bill and the receptionist gave me the phone saying that it is liquid damage(Am like WTF!! i ve not dropped it anywhere in water and also they didnt mention anything when i first gave them the phone as there was no colour change of the sticker and also when i spoke with them on phone that was not mentioned).I told them that i ve not dropped it in water and am very sure of it. Later Mr.Abdul razzak takes the phone enters the lab area and did somethin.He came back and told me that somethin inside is tampered and it is voilation of warranty.He told that it might be done by Channel9 people(Why is he telling me that now....only reason is i denied the liquid damage thing...I think he went inside and tampered that).I am seriously hurt with this incident.I have lost my respect for HTC Bangalore center and more over i ve lost my HTC P3400i gifted by my girl friend.HTC Bangalore service center(Ovez communications) is horrible.

    respected sir,am feeling that i ve been cheated,Please make sure nothing like this happens to innocent customers in future and please take action.

    Hi I am the Manager of M/s Ovez Communications Abdul Razack i was really shocked by seeing this Complain. Our Brand HTC believes IN SERVICE AFTER SALES. As you had mentioned you were cheated or did not accepted in warranty. First of all you have mentioned that before aproaching the AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE The handset was opened by some unauthorised person WARRANTY ENDS HERE SIR i really do not recall you as in this complain you have not mentioned your Name, contact number phone model or the date. But still I can understand the value of a Girl friends Gift Please Feel free to Contact Me on below Number.

    Angry Bad Service @ HTC - Ovez Communications, Bangalore

    I gave my HTC Legend for service on the 22nd of October. I was told that i would have the panel and screen repaired by the 29th of October. I failed to receive any update from them on friday and it continued so, till i called them. Then i was told that they would have it ready by the 2nd of November, and when i called them on the 2nd, they told it would only be ready by the 10th. They had the screen replaced by then but the rest was still pending. So i collected the phone the next day. I am still yet to hear from them regarding the arrival of the rest of the parts.
    I am very disappointed with the service. I expected more from HTC.

    I am the Center Manager of Ovez Communications S.Abdul Razack, First thing I apologise for delay Happened in Your case and for Not Updateing the status timely sir. I would like to inform you that we maintain stock of all most all required parts.

    But were as your case was not something related to normal repair or service but your Handset was totally damaged (Broken physically) and the Case was delayed only for External Cosmetic. And I assure that I will arrange the remaining panel within 5working days sir.

    Thumbs down Bad Service @ HTC - Ovez Communications, Bangalore

    Hi,

    I have still not received any word from Ovez regarding the arrival of the same. Also, when I got the phone returned after the touch panel was replaced, the void sticker was broken. Will my warranty be void now. I have done the repair from an Authorized Center itself.

    Hi,

    This is in response to the action taken by Ovez Communications, Bangalore. I went to the Service Center as I was notified yesterday that the parts had arrived. I was able to speak with Mr. Razack himself and was notified of the action taken by them in regard to my problem. He has replaced the parts FREE OF COST due to the fault from their end viz. in getting the parts on time. He has also ensured that my phone would continue its WARRANTY period and promised me that all problems are rectified. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Razack for re-instilling my faith in HTC. I know it has taken them a month to resolve the issue, but i'm delighted by the enthusiasm taken in getting it done.

    Hi,

    I have one issue that remains unresolved. When the phone was given for repair, a complete service was asked for. All the physical damages have been cleared, but I'm not certain if the service has been done to my satisfaction, as I keep having problems in reception. Even on highways where the range is very good, my reception is not available. This keeps making me unable to attend calls and even if I attend, It disconnects abruptly. I am not sure as to what to do now. Please advice.

    People here need to calm down as One persons experience might not be others , I have been with HTC since last 5 years and also have serviced it in the authorized service center . Mr Razaak and his team does a grate job within his service boundary limits .

    So you really dont have to recommend or stop recommending anyone from buying a product just because you had a bad experience .

    Hi Mr Razzaq,

    I hope my issue will be tackled and dealt with in a professional manner. Going by some of the post I am scared though.

    Anyways, my issue is my 2 months old HTC Incredible S is not working as its display and the lower buttons don't show up though I hear the sounds on startup and shutdown. I am planning to visit your office today i.e. Saturday, 11 June 2011. I hope you take up the issue and replace the handset.

    Looking forward to a good service from HTC.
    To let you know, this phone has been my life since I bought and I cant see it dying this way.
    Please help me.

    Exclamation HTC Desire S Problem

    I had purchased a Desire S in April 2011. It went bad and started hanging since May.
    I went to the Service Center and deposited my phone. I insisted on a replacement and they said it cannot be as it was found to be a S|W issue.
    They fixed it and after couple of days same problem. I talked to CC last time and they said if it happens they might give a replacement. But they did not. This time they replaced the PCb saying it to be faulty. Since then I have been using my phone, I did not get a hang issue, but when I use my Phone with charger on, I get slight shocks on the ear piece. I have registered my Complaint with HTC and will visit the Center. I have been trying to call the Ovez Center for past 2 days on 2 numbers and no 1 will pick up the phone.
    I had used HTC phones earlier as well, but this experience is making me lose faith in HTC. I had talked to Razzak as well but of no use. They will tend to drive the communication in another direction.
    I really believe the way HTC came up so soon, it will go down at the same pace because of this.
    Mr Razzak if you are viewing this post, I will visit your center soon and hope to get what I should and not what HTC thinks can be done.

    Default Phone cals are not attended by Ovez Communication

    Hi ,
    I have been calling the Service Centre since morning and no one bothers to respond . I have given my HTC wildfire as the touch screen has to be replaced(informed by the attendant) . Its in warranty period . May I know when can I get a call form you guys ??? n why the calls not been attended .
    my bill num is - 8818 . Kindly advise !!!

    i have desire hd and i cracked my screen i have been trying to get it replaced by ovez but they keep telling me the part is not avaliable i mean how hard is it to source a display and the sad part is its just the surface glass that has cracked and the touch is still resposive below the cracked glass and they would need to change the whole display. i have been calling them like almost every week and they keep telling me that the part is not come i am getting infuriated at how sad the service is. htc if u are reading this its high time u wake up and look into the issue. i dont want to leave my phone there until they confirm that they have the part because god know how long it will sit there while they give me the run around. and they tell me that the will format the phone but why for a hardware issue they want me to lose all my data. yes i know i can back it up and do all that but who wants to lose those paid apps. its been nearly 3 months and they have not been able to get a display. how can it even be considered a auth service center with such a poor level of service. call me on 9731357114. if u care about ur so called valuable customers.

    I would like to extend a warm round of applause to the service team. After they read my post they were most cooperative and quick in replacing my damaged screen.
    Mr Razzak called me and informed me that there was a miscommunication which resulted in wrong information being convayed. I was gave my phone and they promptly fixed my phone display in record time. I would like to say that my confidence has been restored in HTC as a company that makes excellent phones and provided good after sales service and customer service. I was sceptical at first but now I can breathe a sigh of relief . And would be happy to service my phone again.
