    Angry Bad Service!

    Firstly, when you google "Ovez Communication" this is the first page that comes in the results. Speaks ALOT of the service.

    The Manager needs to understand his center repairs SmartPhones and taking a month to repair is stupid.

    I gave my HTC Desire on 21-Nov-2011 in the afternoon. The phone was not booting up. The lady who took my request, said she will get back to me tomorrow. Obviously she did not, I had to call twice (the second time because on the first call the engineer was not to be found and she did not know the status). on 22-Nov-2011 she told me it will take 7-10 days as it is a Hardware issue and they need to get the board, and that she would call me.

    Seeing this forum, I wanted to call and check on the progress, so I did on 29-Nov-2011. I called once, and obviously the engineer was missing, again. The lady who took my call said she would call after half an hour, after talking to the engineer. She did not, again obviously. BAD SERVICE.

    On calling back, she said they have still not received the board part, and that she would call me back when the phone is ready. I dont think she will. Lets see

    All said and done, I will definitely give the Service Center a Postive Feedback if I get my phone back, on the 10th day in a working condition.

    hi Mr Razzaq,
    i have placed in my htc incredible S at your service center two days ago as it showing an error as "insert sim card", today when i called up the office i was told that the phone was ready, but when i reached there they said that the problem still persist, and when i asked the reason why a new phone is asking acting weird , they had no answer. They have told me that they will sought it out by tomorrow, i'm really unhappy with the kind of response i got from your service center, cause you represent HTC and i was really hoping something much better than this.

    i have tried calling u many time but unfortunately ur no was switched off m using htc chacha in the same i m having lots of problems majorly the sound issue , every time low memory, no battery backup not even for 5 hours. i have visited ur service center 3 or 4 time but every time i was not failed to get the problem rectified i hope u look into the matter my contact no is 9964668356 momin khan

    Default Worst ever cusromer care service in the world

    I am writing this as I am immensely harassed by the HTC customer care better to be called as 'customer harassment'. I had given my phone for hardware repair 3 weeks back and within warranty period, but some worthless people have not been able to repair it till date and to top it they are pacifying us telling lies day after day. They claim that some parts are coming from Taiwan (god knows what parts are these and how are they coming--as if someone is walking from Taiwan to India). Pardon my harsh words but this is nothing but the utter frustration over this for the past 3 weeks. And they are not even replacing it with a new phone. Now they say they will take out parts from another phone and place in my phone---I don't know why this simple task took so much time and probably putting someone else in trouble. Ultimately this is the most worthless bunch of 'customer care' I have come across. And to top it I get surprised at their audacity. When I said they will throw the phone in the dustbin in front of you, they said ok...I just don't know what to say...

    Thumbs down Pathetic service in HTC Care, Bangalore

    This is pathetic service from HTC. I submitted my Desire HD phone to the Ovez service centre (richmond road) on 14th and was told that they'll call me, but they didn't. I kept calling them everyday and on 17th, they told that there was no problem in the phone and asked me to come and collect it. I asked them if they were sure about the problem being fixed. I went there and saw that the problem was still there. I had to wait for 2-3 hours to tell them that the problem was still there and not solved.


    In the end, they apologized and said that it will take a maximum of 2 days to fix the problem and that they'll call me on 20th, but no call from them again. I kept calling them many times (and they keep me on hold for atleast 2 minutes everytime). Today I again called them 3 times already and every time they say they'll call me back after 10 minutes or 30 minutes, but they never called me.


    Please do something about this issue, Mr Razzack. I purchased a top-end phone from HTC for Rs. 30,000/- for premium service, and not for the pathetic way I'm being treated. I have given the phone for 1 week in the HSR centre and now it's been more that 1 week in this Ovez service centre and still, the problem has not been solved and there seems no urgency from HTC's end to fix the problem.

    Hi Razack,
    Im very scared now after giving my phone to your service centre this morning . I say this after reading all the comments out here.For god sake you have to serve customers better coz your dealing with customers who shell out 20K+ of their hard earned money on HTC , the service has to be good sir.
    I bought Incredible s 10 days back , now it stopped charging ,i went to dealer he conveyed "baterry is spoilt n service centre will replace in 30 mins"

    I am the owner of a HTC HD2 which has been out of use for about a month now, i initially called the service center and placed an order for a new screen over a month ago, last Wednesday i went to the showroom to check if the part had arrived. The service had no record of me placing an order over the telephone, the lady i spoke to initially over the phone had documented my order.

    I placed an order all over again last Wednesday, was advised by the lady at the reception that i would get the part in about two days, 8 days have passed and i have made repeated phone calls to the service centre, waste of time, each time im told tha the part has not come in yet and that i would get a call back in a day or two which never happens. Service provided by Ovez to say the least has been miserable.

    Unhappy I was threatened by an htc executive! Bill no 306

    HTC is makes marvelous phones and is amazing when it comes to advertise their brand but they have done a real pathetic job when they chose Ovez communications as their authorised service center . The staff at ovez communication is ill mannered and lopsided people who only think of extract as much money as possible from loyal HTC customers . I was really upset and later amused when one of the staff member got up to hit me right there at the center when barely I was trying to let them know about the fact that there was no liquid damage in my HTC desire hd . It all started when I had been to ovez communication for mere replacement of my HTC panel which had a chipped out volume stick . Instead of fixing the existing panel they suggested me to go for a replacement which wore a price of Rs.2060 which was informed to me on day 3 after when I had to make a follow up call whereas they had promised to call me the 2nd day to keep me informed . The staff at ovez communication is rogue and have very low professional attitude . I was called to take my phone on day 6 stating my phone is ready. Without wasting anymore time I rushed to take my HTC desire hd ... For 6days I really missed my smartphone . But my happiness was soon turned into disappointment. After I reach ovez communications ,I noticed that my panel was untouched and the existing broken volume bar was missing too and there was a technician and a receptionisr who insisted me to pay Rs1200 stating that they had replaced my ps sensor( its the sensor which switches your display off when u hold the cell close to your ear over a call ) and had changed my charge pin which used to work absolutely fine even prior to replacement and when I bluntly denied to pay n requested for the manager ,the receptionist informs me that he has gone out and Im sure it wasnt lunch time or any odd time for a manager of such a highly acclaimed company to be jay walking. And when the conversation heated up there was a point where the technician gets up and states ' ok, so now what ... Now keep HTC aside,its between u and me .' I was shocked by the way this person took things so personally and threatens me in the local language (kannada) . And I was denied of the bill which also was so unprofessional ,I had come to.HTC to repair my phone which I was so fond off .. a company which I looked upto when it came to.smartphones and I was here at the ovez communication scared for my life . I was cheated and bullied by these people who claim to be the authorised center of HTC . All I want to know is why was I denied of the bill? Why wasnt the customer aware of what work was being done on my phone, and why was I treated by the staff so miserably, I had purchased the HTC desire he for Rs 28000/- and I bet a person who owns a micromax handset would be treated more professionally than these HTC paid goons. I'm definitely will not buy no more of HTC handsets and will also suggest people to stay away from such a company who doesn't care about after sale service . And I also noticed that there were a lot of people who frequently visited to HTC center to complain about the HTC one x .. in fact there was a brand new cell phone priced at Rs 38000 which had a scarches on its panel and the service manager was still wasn't present on that day too.. I feel.that HTC is being played by Mr.Razack since I strongly believe that the manager is not present at the workshop most of the times . HTC NEEDS TO GET ME A REFUND BACK OR THIS IS JUST CHEATING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT... AND OVEZ COMMUNICATION IS PATHETIC.

    To be honest and frank there is some serious problem with HTC mobiles and they have a tactics of acting like this

    I had got an HTC mobile to my daughter from Chroma in New Delhi after few weeks the head phone out put started giving probem when we approcahed they blankly said go to the service center and get it repaired, which they were never able to fix it. No one from HTC bothered to contact or address the issue
    After facing this problem again i made a mistake of buying an instrument to my nephew who is a Doctor in Jan 2012 and from Bangalore. Recently it developed problem and when it was taken to the shop / dealer from where it was purchased it was said that e have to leave the instrument behind as it has to be sent to service center and after 2 days when it was checked they informed that the mother board is defective and will be replaced FOC.
    Please some one from HTC should let all the cusomers is it their policy to trouble people who buy there products. If they have any issue with any models they should openly admit and replace the instruments.
    We hope someone responsible will address this issue

    Angry HTC explorer

    Sir,
    I gave my phone, HTC explorer A310-E under warrany to you're Service center, OVEZ communication Via Onsite inc. on 27th of April.
    With a display problem. Its 26th of May. I don't think it will take 1 month to fix a display problem. I want the phone delivered to me on 28th of this month . Fixed or unfixed. I will take the matter with the HTC directly. Sir, i think you underestimate your customers too much and this is a polite warning,to not to.
